This is the nicest condo that we have stayed in since we have started coming to Kauai. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were excellent. We loved the pools and spas. Our rooms were large and we had extra things like boogey boards, beach chairs and a cooler. The host had spices, oils and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Great property to explore the island!

Very clean and comfortable. Great location to explore the island as you can easily access both north and south side. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well. Loved our visit.

This property served as a good home base for exploring the island. Great location for exploring North and South. The Oasis is fantastic! The best restaurant on the island that we found. Furnishings and appliances dated but the beds were comfy. Great water pressure and air conditioning.

Our favorite place to stay

We have stayed at this place before. But booked through Outrigger. We enjoyed booking through VRBO much better and would do it again this way. No extra hidden fees.

Enjoyed beautiful sunrise moments, shaved ice across the street, and fun on the pool-as early as 8 am and as late as 9 pm. Did get to exercise for the fun of it in the gym. Geckos, lizards, roosters, chickens, toads and huge snails part of the scenery.

Great family resort, convenient location

Our grandkids loved the pool with the watersides and beach area. We enjoyed the pool area as well. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and evening meals. We appreciated the central location for ease of touring the area and the rest of the island.

Pleasant stay for a short island vacation

Well kept and decorated property within a popular resort. Access to a nice pool with water slides and a quiet beach to watch sunrise. Located in the center of the island with similar driving distance to north and south shores. Good selection of local dining options. Highly recommend!

Amazing Kapaa Condo

Great condo! Listing was very accurate, communication and instructions easy. Great condo for families with the two beds in the second bedroom. As others have said, that old green couch has been replaced with something newer and nicer. We would absolutely stay here again!

Plenty of space for 5 of us. Very close to Safeway and restaurants. Only disappointment was the high fees added to the reservation.

Great Condo for Family Vacation

Great Condo, very well equipped for a family. Our 8 yr old loved the pool, water slides and lazy river. The beach is great for sunrises, there isn't a lifeguard so you really want to be a strong swimmer to go in the ocean. Lydgate Beach is 5 min away with 2 salt ponds suitable for beginner swimmers. Unit is located close to an elevator and a short walk to the pool. We made use of the fitness center daily, which has spin bikes, tread mills and elliptical machines. There is a Safeway grocery store directly across the street which was super convenient for groceries and plenty of restaurants, ice cream and shave ice places within walking distance if you don't feel like cooking. The beds were super comfy with nice linens. We found the location to be well located for excursions to both the north and south shores, Ha'Ena state park is about an hour drive north and Waimea Canyon a similar drive to the south.

The condo is beautiful and has everything you need and more! We were lucky enough to see a Hawaiian Monk Seal sleeping on the beach right outside the condo complex! It was amazing! The pool was amazing and a great way to relax after busy days! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us!
