Location, location!! Ocean and pool views from every room!! One of the best locations in the resort. Ground floor lets the kids play on the grass in front of your condo. 30ft from the pool entrance and 150ft from the restaurant, 30 seconds to the beach. It doesn't get much better then this!!

Hawaii's #1 resort 5 star living at the Waipouli Beach resort B104 offers a Luxury stay for all. 2 bed 3 bath and a new couch that makes to a double bed sleeps 8. Fully stocked kitchen, high end appliances, sit on the lanai and see and hear the ocean while steps to the pool. Ground floor living doubles your lanai space. The restaurant/bar is only a few doors away. Really one of the best locations in the resort!!

The resort is perfectly located between Princeville/Hanalei and Poipu making all activities a short driving distance. Directly across the street is Safeway, Long's Drugstore, Starbucks, and many more shops and restaurants. A short walking distance away is the exciting Coconut Market Place with over 60 shops and restaurants. Lydgate Park is only a 5 minute drive away. Lydgate has a rocked in ocean pool perfect for children to snorkel and two extraordinarily large play structures sure to become a kid's favorite place to visit.
We have 6 chairs, 6 towels, 2 umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, some kids sand toys etc.

Ac didn't work the first night. Contacted our host and he immediately took care of the issue. Kept us informed through the whole maintenance process. It was fixed the next day. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Excellent location

The location of room to pool was so convenient. Grocery store within walking distance which makes it ideal to cook/bbq on premises. Host was prompt with replies to communication. Will return again!!

Wonderful Stay

Loved the location, great pool and beach. Walkable to stores, short drive to both north and South Island. We had a group of 6 adults and one child and felt there was enough room for all. Only negative I could think of was we wished there was a bit more storage room in the second bedroom.

Wonderful experience

Our family (six of us in total) stayed here for two nights and had a great experience- everything was as expected, clean, and comfortable. Having pool and beach access was fantastic, especially for the kids. Overall a great experience, would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay with kids!

We traveled as a family of 6 with kids ranging from 9-14 yrs old. The pool was perfect for them and the beach at the property was great too. The close proximity to grocery store, clothes shopping, other beaces and play areas, coconut merket, restaurants and activities helped make this the perfect place to stay. Best trip of our lives thus far!

Best place to stay in Kauai

We had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Kauai! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Kapa‘a, close to everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring the island. The two-bedroom layout, along with the cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen, gave our group the perfect mix of togetherness and personal space when we needed a breather.The apartment was beautifully decorated with charming Hawaiian touches that made it feel warm and inviting. The kitchen was impressively stocked—everything we needed and more. Bruce, the host, was fantastic—super responsive and always available to answer questions or offer help. I’d go back in a heartbeat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai!

Beautiful condo and resort

We loved this place! My family of 6 stayed 5 nights and the location was perfect - just steps away from the pool and beach. I could see the ocean waves as I sat on the bed in the primary suite. Everything was exactly as described and Bruce, the host, was very responsive. We would love to return during a future visit to Kauai!

Waipouli Resort

We have stayed here on two occasions and both were memorable. The condo has all you could ask for from amenities to location. The pool is optimal for kids and family. Our host was easy to work with and made us feel right at home. The beach location to the room/property was ideal. We also visited the Spa by the Sea for massages and were treated like royalty. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the spirit of Aloha!

We love this place!

Our family stayed in Kauai for a week. The condo was absolutely perfect. It’s right by the pool, so the location is great, especially with kids. It’s quiet, peaceful. The owner was amazing about keeping in touch and giving us suggestions. Everything about the condo was great, clean, comfortable. The kitchen was perfect, we made a lot of our meals at the condo. We will be back next summer and definitely will stay here!

Family Vacation

Condo was in a nice location and great if you were going to travel to the North and South parts of the island. The condo was clean and accommodated our family. Condo was located on the first floor and right by the pool entrance. We had lots of fun. The restaurant on property wasn’t open during the day which was a bummer but the condo was great.

Fantastic property

Communication with the owner and checkin was seemless. We stayed in three different properties while on Kauai and this was by far the nicest. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Great AC. We loved the location of the unit right by the pool, and the entire family enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the Safeway for groceries. The only detractor would be that the beach was very rocky, but we found other beaches a short drive away. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Waipouli Beach Resort B104: A Gem of Comfort and Convenience My recent stay at Waipouli Beach Resort’s Room B104 was a delightful experience that combined comfort with the stunning beauty of Kauai. The ground-floor suite offered an impressive view of the ocean and the pool, providing a serene atmosphere that was both invigorating and relaxing. The room itself was a haven of comfort, boasting a full range that allowed for the convenience of preparing meals right in the suite. This feature was particularly appreciated, as the resort’s restaurant operates with limited hours, open only from 4-9pm. The ability to cook my own breakfast and other meals not only saved money but also added a personal touch to my stay. While the limited dining options within the resort could be seen as a downside, the suite’s well-equipped kitchen more than made up for it, offering a sense of home away from home. The ocean and pool view from the room provided the perfect setting for enjoying home-cooked meals. In conclusion, Room B104 at Waipouli Beach Resort is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a blend of luxury and self-sufficiency. The beautiful views, coupled with the practical amenities, ensure a stay that is both memorable and comfortable. I highly recommend Room B104 for an awesome stay in Kauai.

Great complex but broken dryer made stay difficult

Our children absolutely loved the pool and we went for a dip multiple times a day. The complex was beautiful, and the ground floor unit made getting in and out very easy. However, the dryer was broken when we arrived (the owner messaged me about it a few days prior to check-in) and it really made life hard. We only had 5 sets off towels for our group of 7. They dropped off two more towels the next day but when we washed the Towles every few days, we would be without fresh towels for another day as they don't dry quickly in this humidity. Our place was constantly covered with wet laundry as well. We were told to use the beach towels provided with the unit but we had brought them to the beach to use already. There was also no dish towels which meant we had to go out and buy lots of paper towels which really seemed like a waste. Overall we had a great time, the place was beautiful, but we found that the unit wasn't as well stocked considering the price of the rental.
