There’s no place quite like this stylish coastal condo perched above the charming shops at The Landing.

You’ll be right in the heart of Avila Beach—just steps from the pier, promenade, parks, and great restaurants—and only about 300 feet from the sand.

This modern beach retreat blends comfort with a laid-back coastal feel. Inside, you’ll find travertine floors, a cozy fireplace, stainless steel appliances, plantation shutters, and a classic Dutch door that lets in the ocean breeze. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and ceiling fans create an airy, sun-kissed vibe, while the spacious balcony deck is the perfect spot to unwind after a day by the ocean.

Please note: this home does have stairs. The beach house is located on the second floor above a retail space (an artist studio). The parking garage is just steps away and includes one assigned parking space, with additional overnight parking available on the street nearby.

Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Perfect Stay

Clean, convenient and customer service made my stay perfect. The rental was spotless. The location, just a block from the beach, made it easy to get out and enjoy the amazing Avila area. And the hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a question with the heat, and they were on site in minutes to help and fix. Like I said, just perfect.

Wonderful clean condo great location

Clean and cozy condo nestled in the small town of Avila Beach. Walking distance to restaurants although we chose to drive 8 minutes down to Pismo Beach to dine at Ventana- great food and ocean views. We used the pullout bed for my teenage son and all of us were very comfortable. Convenient parking in garage. There is a coffee shop below so some noise comes from that. Texted Stephanie about the wifi not working and she texted back immediately. Loved this spot!

The only negative was the annoying crows that did a number on the small outside balcony which made it unusable. Mgmt staff was very helpful when needed. Would recommend staying here again next year.

Terrific condo on my favorite CA beach

I've been traveling to the coast of California for over twenty years now and have decided that Avila Beach is my favorite home away from home. We've stayed at a couple of places in this area, and this condo was terrific. Small, but has all you need to enjoy a beach and beach town vacation. We were steps from the beach, restaurants, shaved-ice vendors (my son's fave!), bike rentals, and the Bob Jones bike path and we wanted for nothing inside of the condo either. My husband and I stayed in the comfortable bedroom and our 11 year old son slept on the pull out couch just fine. When we come back to Avila - and we certainly will - we will look to see if this place is available!

The location made it easy to run back and forth to the beach or out for food. There was actually a new wall mounted AC unit, which was nice. There are a few art shops below that we barely heard. Nice and quiet. The garage was nice and big (room for mid sized SUV with cargo rack on top). It allowed us to leave our beach chairs, toys and towels down there. Close to SLO restaurants, breweries and wineries too. Loved the unit and town.

40th Anniversary Stay

Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. A couple of negatives we encountered: the patio and its furniture was soiled with bird droppings, the toilet seat was loose, we couldn't get the cable box in the bedroom to turn on and the smoke detector in the bedroom is hanging from the ceiling; all things easy to correct for the next guest.

Avila Stay

The property was easy to find. Check in was very easy as well. Very cute little apartment. Quick walk to everything. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back. Hostess was very quick to reply to our questions as well.
