This beautiful completely renovated home sits just steps from the ocean in a private beachfront community. Hear the ocean waves crashing on the white sandy beach in this quiet neighborhood. Decorated with all new furniture and gorgeous beach decor, this home sleeps 10. Smart TVs in every room. Oversized back patio with fire pit. Game Room for the kids.

This beautiful home has two floors and plenty of space for all your family and friends. On the second floor you will enjoy the open kitchen with new appliances, quartz countertops; and a bar & coffee area. There is also a dining area, full bathroom (shower only); and two living spaces with plenty of seats for all your loved ones. The master bedroom & bath are also on the second floor for maximum privacy. The master retreat has a barn door that leads you to the gorgeous bathroom and oversized shower, a large walk in closet with custom built in cabinets. The wall to wall shutters lead you to the balcony where you can sit and have coffee while listening to the ocean waves.
On the first floor, there is a second bedroom overlooking the patio with a king size bed and a large closet, across is the kids bedroom overlooking the patio as well with a bunkbed that can sleep up to 3 kids (two full size beds and a trundle), The third bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the outdoor patio. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. A full bathroom with shower/bathtub leads to the oversized covered patio. There is a grill and a dining table for 8 to enjoy outdoor dinners, and a TV and plenty of seats for all your family and friends. Use the outdoor shower to clean the sand after a day at the beach. Relax by the firepit or play with the kids in the game room equipped with pool table, foosball, Pacman and other games.
Take long walks on the beach, catch fish or take yoga classes on the sand. Rent a boat and cruise the intracoastal (one mile from a boat ramp and a boat rental). Visit the oldest city in Florida - St. Augustine or the most famous beach in the world - Daytona Beach, both just 30 minute drive. Palm Harbor Golf course is a public course where you can play golf all year around. Cross the intracoastal bridge to dine at the European Village or many other wonderful local restaurants.
Just bring your flipflops and RELAX on this quiet, secluded piece of paradise! Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels & books are waiting for you!

Optional fee to heat pool or jacuzzi is $35/night or a weekly flat fee of $200 for reservations over a week. The pool and hot tub can be scheduled and set as per your request, however we cannot guarantee desired temperatures when the outside air temperature drops below 45 degrees.
(especially for the pool due to the large volume of water)
