Nestled in peaceful surroundings, it's the ideal spot to recharge your batteries and enjoy some well-deserved downtime.

The Space:
Our cozy home just steps away from Sheridan Beach offers accommodation for up to 6 guests.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed +TV.
The second bedroom is equipped with twin size bunk bed suitable for kids or petite adults with a max weight of 165 pounds.
In the living room you will find another Queen size futon bed for 2 +TV(with apple TV) for you to enjoy.
Relax on our porch in the morning sun as you begin your day with a cup of tea or coffee
In the yard, there is a fire pit where you can enjoy an evening under the star filled sky to roast marshmallows with the skewers we have already provided for your enjoyment
The gargae is full with board games, shuffle board Table,and a toddler table. Also available for your convenience is a Pack & Play, and a high chair. We also provide beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs.

The Neighborhood:
You will love, love, love, this place! So much to do and all so close. We are minutes away from the Blue Chip Casino, walking or driving. Walking distance to Washington Park, where the Zoo and Splash Pad Park for kids are located. The park provides picnic tables at the playground if you want to pack a lunch. Take a stroll along the beach after your picnic and check out the Marina or walk through the cute little neighborhood called Beach Walk. There you can see the different pastel painted homes each with there own personalities. Depending on the weekend they often have live music in the park. We are a mile away from the Lighthouse Outlet Mall, Lighthouse Museum and the Art district on Franklin Street. Find Restaurants like Maxine's or Fiddlehead and local Pubs-McGinnis and Ryan's. Visit the Bakery, Ice cream Shop, unique stores and resale shops. We are also near The Barker Mansion open to the public. In town you can take in a Movie at the AMC Theatre ,or shop at the huge antique store on Franklin and 400 or eat at one of the many Restaurants on Franklin Street- Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Buffalo Wild Wings, Patrick's (adults only), Sophia's for breakfast or lunch-closes at 3. Texas Corral, Star Bucks, Five Guys Burgers and Chipotle. Michigan City also has several Latino Restaurants, our fav is El Cantarito on Route 20.

Getting Around:
We are close to I-94 and Rt 12, Rt 20 and Rt 421, if you want to explore the neighboring towns.
You can reach the beach on foot.
Uber is available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Our guest need valid Government Identification to request booking.
Our location has plenty to do, but if you feel you would like to venture out to the neighboring Southwest Michigan, it literally is 17 minutes away to the State Line. There you will find New Buffalo where The Four Winds Casino is located along with wine tasting at the Round Barn, Famous Oinks Ice Cream, Stray Dog Restaurant and Redamaks Burgers, not to mention shopping. If you decide to go, you can take Rt 12 which is right out our back door.
Another fun spot is 48 minutes away in St. Joseph Michigan, where another beautiful beach awaits you, with a playground and The Curious Kids Museum.
Come and explore, there is so much to do.

We live nearby and like to greet our guest upon arrival or pop over the following day if you arrive late in the evening.
