The Space:

Located only a block from Pacific Coast Highway, you can easily spend the day wandering through Corona del Mar Village, where locally owned cafés, bakeries, wine bars, restaurants, and boutique shops create one of Southern California's most welcoming coastal communities.
Inside, the home offers generous gathering spaces for families and groups, making it easy to reconnect after a day at the beach or exploring Orange County. The open living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and private patio with outdoor dining and BBQ provide comfortable spaces to enjoy meals together, play board games, or simply unwind before another day of adventure.
The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with a king bed in the primary suite, queen beds in two additional bedrooms, and a loft sleeping area on the second floor landing that's perfect for kids or additional guests. Bringing your dog? Iris House is our only pet-friendly Newport Beach getaway, so every member of the family is welcome to join the adventure.
Central air conditioning, garage parking, beach gear, and a washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable while allowing you to focus less on logistics and more on enjoying your getaway.

Walk just a block to Pacific Coast Highway and spend the day discovering local coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, and boutique shopping. When you're ready for the beach, both Big Corona Beach and Little Corona Beach are just minutes away, offering sandy beaches, tide pools, snorkeling, dramatic coastal scenery, and spectacular sunsets.
Beyond Corona del Mar, you're only minutes from Fashion Island for upscale shopping and dining, Balboa Island for its waterfront charm and famous frozen bananas, Newport Harbor, the Balboa Ferry, and Crystal Cove State Park. Disneyland is also about a 30-minute drive away, making day trips easy for families.

Getting Around:
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is approximately 15 minutes away, making arrivals and departures quick and convenient.
Many of Corona del Mar's restaurants, cafés, beaches, and parks are within walking distance, while a vehicle makes it easy to explore Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Disneyland, and the rest of Orange County.

Guests will need to climb stairs to the front entrance and inside, as it’s a 2-story home.
• Iris House is one home within a duplex property.
• This is our only pet-friendly Newport Beach getaway. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable fees.
• Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round.
• One garage parking space is included. Ample street parking in the area, just pay attention to trash pickup and street sweeping restrictions.
• Beach gear is provided for guest use.
• Quiet hours must be observed in accordance with local regulations.
We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs or illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Pet-friendly property. 2 pets max. Please let us know at booking if you'll be traveling with your pet.
