Near Village Spacious Condo. 5 beds, 3 bathrooms!
Newly remodeled top story modern condo with new paint, floors, furniture and fixtures. This is a 2 bedroom + loft, but 1 bedroom does not have a closing door. It has a rare 3 full bathrooms, underground covered parking, and ski lockers off of the garage.
An ideal location that is in walking distance to the Village and just a quick drive or shuttle ride up the street to Canyon Lodge. There is a shuttle stop right in front of the condo. Restaurants are just a short walk or drive away.
The main living area has a sleeper sofa, 58" wall-mounted smart t.v., and a pellet fireplace to cozy up to. Little details make this condo stand out - games, books and a hot chocolate and coffee center. There is a glove stand so gloves can dry out after a long day on the slopes. For any extra skis that didn't fit in the ski lockers, there are ski stands in the entryway.
There are plenty of places to sleep in this mountain getaway:
-Bright and spacious master bedroom has ensuite bath, smart t.v. and a spacious closet. It has queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress.
-Loft has two twin bunkbeds and an extra chair that can be converted to a single bed. There is also a large closet to stash luggage and clothes.
-Open bedroom without doors in the loft with a queen bed and television.
-Living room has a queen sized sofa sleeper
There is a large balcony off living room offers with a stylish bistro set where you can enjoy your morning coffee during warmer months.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle and Keurig to get you going in the morning. Guests can enjoy meals at the kitchen bar or sit-down dining area.
This condo is comfy and cozy while spacious and open - perfect for families and/or friends looking to share memorable experiences in Mammoth!
The complex has two jacuzzis as well as a recreation room with a pool table. Coin operated washer are dryers are located in the main office area.
