We have finally finished the pier! 165' out from the sand beach, with a 10x16 landing to feel the breeze and enjoy a truely stunning sunset experience!

Come home to Halcyon! Halcyon means "idyllic and peaceful", and it is! One of the area's most unique homes on the Bay with views that are unrivaled. New to the rental market, this newly remodeled home has everything you need for a relaxing get away. Our three bedrooms, two and half bath home has plenty of space to spread out and relax!
Upon entering the drive to our hidden getaway, you are greeted with a mid-century modern facade with lots of vegetation. Inside the home you'll be greeted with 20-foot-tall ceilings clad with Juniper wood. The wall of windows gives you a glorious view of the live oak trees, dolphins feeding in the Bay, and pelicans flying above. The house is decorated in a laid-back coastal feel that doesn't feel too stuffy, just right. Our open living area sits several comfortably with a view of the TV, fireplace and that Bay view! It also has a game table for late night gatherings, with supplied card and board games. We also have high speed cable internet as well. The kitchen has an eat at island and dining set for plenty of gatherings. Our cabinets are filled with everything you will need for cooking meals and entertaining. We have an induction cooktop, 42" refrigerator, dishwasher, double ovens, microwave and beverage fridge (see link below for detailed cabinet pictures). In the huge laundry room off of the living area, there is plenty of space to sort and fold clothes and an appliance pantry full of small appliances. This entire area is all open for cooking, eating, gaming, watching TV and the pelicans & bald eagles soaring in that beautiful view!
The master bedroom evokes a calm retreat perfect for a good night's sleep with spectacular views of the Bay. There is a king size bed, armoire equipped with TV, dresser and a big walk-in closet with a sauna. The attached master bath has a curb less walk in 63" shower with dual shower heads, a soaking tub, separate toilet room and dual vanities. All have a view of the TV, electric fireplace and views of the bay. The master bathroom also has an exterior access to the pool and hot tub.
The second master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and shower/tub ensuite.
A bunkroom is located off the kitchen with views of the Bay as well. It is equipped with a TV and dresser. The bunks include a queen bottom and twin top. This room, themed as a kid's room, has 2 gaming consoles with a drawer full of games.
The entire back of the house has an over 2000 square foot wraparound Trex decking that connects the side porch to the hot tub/pool area. The side porch has a table and chairs for eating, a swing bed for sleeping and a sofa and chair for chatting. The porch also boasts a unique grill area with a connected 5 burner propane gas grill built in for any grilling enthusiast. There is also a Weber Original Kettle 22" Grill for the charcoal faithful.
The hot tub has the best seats in the house! Sit and chill in the brand-new hot tub overlooking the pool and Bay, it doesn't get any better than that. There is also a porch swing under a beautiful arbor and seating for relaxing. From every place in the house and outside, you will witness the most breath-taking sunsets. You will appreciate the mature tree canopy from most of the outdoor living to keep you in the shade & cool during any time of the year. If the house doesn't have enough to keep you busy, we also have access to the Bay area with 5 fishing kayaks, and a tandem kayak for you to use (6 total). There is a kayak ramp next to the steps to make it easier to get the kayaks up and down from the sand beachy area, and a concrete walkway to make getting into the water more accessible and easier.

The pool is climate controlled! It can be heated from March 15-November 15, and cooled off if necessary, during the summer. We do not charge extra for this amenity.
Additionally, for anyone who does not know how hard the FL water is on your skin, and "tasty" to drink.., we have a new filtered, water softener that improves the taste & just feels amazing on sensitive skin.
We offer a tankless hot water heater for continuous hot showers or a tub to soak in right away.

We are a Saturday/Saturday rental for the summer. Starting in August, we accept shorter stays, 3–4-day rentals until March. If you would like to plan a trip now, drop us a line. We have an amazing local property manager always available to assist with your special trip!
