This spacious Waterfront Home features 2 PRIVATE KING MAIN SUITES, with ensuite bathrooms -- it`s perfect for 2+ couples - and even has a queen Murphy in the 2nd floor main suite for young children. You`ll appreciate the attention to detail throughout this home.

Step into the spacious living/dining area and you`ll be swept away by the view. Floor-to-ceiling windows make the view the centerpiece of the room - you`ll want to sink into the beautiful furniture, relax and enjoy your well-deserved beach getaway! Offering plenty of seating, this space also boasts a large Smart TV.

The dining table can seat up to 10 and there’s an oversize ten-foot island with sink and ice maker to complete the perfect entertaining area. The kitchen is open to this area -- so you can cook, enjoy your guests AND the view at the same time. There are 8 comfortable bar stools, so you can enjoy breakfast, snacks, beverages, or just good conversation with the cook! This well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, wall oven (convection/conventional), microwave, air fryer and plenty of counter space.

You’ll find all the necessities such as a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, icemaker, blender, ample plates, glasses, and kitchen utensils. You can also barbecue on the gas grill! The elevator at the home is handicap accessible and makes carrying items up a breeze. The elevator goes from the garage to the top floor.

This is a huge bedroom with a private beachfront balcony and separate living area! You’ll sleep well on the comfortable king bed and wake up to the waterfront view. You could also curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the large Smart TV. Additional features include 2 bedside tables with lamps and a dresser.

Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and functional, as well as beautiful. This home offers plenty of space to relax and make yourself at home. We keep this home clean and well updated and pay attention to amenities that you expect, such as high-speed internet (FREE WIFI), 6 new large flat-screen Smart TVs, big, fluffy bath towels and hair dryers in each bathroom, and more.

We’re local and personally keep this home in top shape. It’s always clean, the linens are high quality, and everything is impeccably maintained. You don’t have to worry about finding a home that’s less than advertised. We’re going to greet you after you check-in and we will be here if you need us during your stay. We know how difficult it is to find a vacation rental to suit your family’s needs, schedules, and budget.

Outdoor shower is available for your convenience after a day at the beach or pool. The home will accommodate parking for a total of six (6) vehicles & a 40’ RV parking space if needed.

Regular Pot and Kuerig located in the kitchen.
The specific type is a Ninja Coffee Bar & Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker. Ninja Coffee Bar is made for classic and specialty brews, has a built in frothier.

TOILETRIES and SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bar soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, razors, facial wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, Dish towels, bath/hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels. In addition, a blow dryer in each bathroom.

WEDDINGS: We are accepting weddings/small events to be held at the home until July 25, 2026. ADDITIONAL $1,000 FEE will apply.

POOL NOTICE: The pool can be heated year around. If you would like to have the pool heated during your stay, it is a $75 per night charge for each day of your of stay. Pool heat is set at 83 degrees and cannot be adjusted.
Please notify us if you would like to add on this amenity to your reservation at least 2 WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival. **Please note weather/air temperature can affect the pool temperature.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy for Homes: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
