Explore the Shore at the Shores of Panama Resort 2304. This spacious, updated condo sleeps six making it perfect for family escapes. All the comforts of home are within reach, including free WiFi, a fully-stocked kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms with Queen size beds, Bunk beds in a hallway nook plus three full bathrooms. There is ample room to spread out even on the huge beachfront balcony!

When you're not bonding over a budget-friendly dinner, you'll enjoy the 13,965 square foot lagoon pool one of the beach's grandest beachfront pools. Gather in a gulf-front hot tub before sipping tropical cocktails at the tiki bar or grabbing poolside snacks for the kids. Step onto the sand for a sunset stroll. The possibilities are endless when you chose Shores of Panama Resort 2304.

There is additional $85 Resort Fee (For Wrist bands and Parking Pass) to be paid on arrival (not included in your payment).

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 4% convenience fee when using a card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

Condo was clean. The beds are so uncomfortable and I don’t believe the beds are queens more like full size. Toaster is still broken. Need more seating in the living area. The picture makes it look like you have a couch and loveseat. But we still had a great time!

Not a good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Missing a couch in the living room so not enough seating, broken toaster, several outlets not working, worst of all the condo was infested with roaches. Property management said there was nowhere to move to, sent an exterminator after two days which didn't help much. Every dish and utensil had to be washed by hand before using since the dishwasher was crawling with roaches. We have been vacationing on the gulf coast for over 30 years and this was our worst experience.

Great place needs a bit more

Loved the location, decor was cute. Family enjoyed staying there. The property description were off a bit. The kitchen was a LONG way feom fully stocked, there were no baking pans, no mixing bowlsor serving bowls, no collander very little silerware ( i.e. 6 forks ) the dining room table needs some attention, its about to fall down.We mention these things so that the owners can improve on the property. However our family would stay there again for sure - but bring some dishes lolHope to be back next year

Overall great experience!

The only major issue is that there is a lot moisture that builds up in the unit. I thought it was just us but when I looked in one of the closet and behind the night stand it was covered in mole and spores. There was also small trash and sand buildup underneath the main bedroom. I personally always clean and disinfect any room that I stay in . On the positive note, everything else was perfect, the view, location and overall experience!

Wonderful time while there!

Everything was great during our stay! The only issue I had/have was communication with the property manager. I left my firearm in the unit. I notified the PCB Police Department and the Property Manager. The Property Manager has not replied back to my call after I spoke with her, notifying her that there was a loaded firearm left in the unit. Very concerning. I need a call!

Overall okay

Pros: great location. Restaurants and some small shopping plus things to do within walking distance. The big pool was pretty great. Having food available at the pool and also donuts and drinks inside the lobby was very helpful. Cons: that parking. The spot is almost as close as you can get which was a plus but the spaces are so tight it makes parking a nightmare. The parking pass for the reserved parking is $100. A heads up in the description would be helpful. Another big one is the elevator situation. There are 4 on property and the property is massive. There was almost always congestion and lots and lots of waiting. The unit itself was fine. Problems with the wifi going in and out was slightly frustrating and the bedroom tvs wouldn’t really load with the wifi. Not a big deal. The beach was kept up and clean as best as it could be with so many people. My daughter enjoyed her little alcove with the bunk beds and having her own bathroom. Also just a heads up to wearing wristbands the whole trip and if you run out of what they give you, it’s $100 to replace one and you have to have them for the beach.

Good stay. Some better communication would have definitely helped

There were some bugs present during our stay. Wasn’t told about the $100 dollar parking fee. Parking itself is great since the spot for this condo is pretty much at the front door. Overall I’d say it’s probably a 4 star minus the elevators always messing up. I think it’s worth the money.

Beautiful condo, communication is an opportunity for improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay but there are a few problems we encountered. I called the management company twice prior to arrival during booking and they were nice and friendly. Information for check-in was provided in a timely manner and they accommodated our early check in request. I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the extra $100 fee that was required for parking pass upon arrival. The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with toiletries, etc. Our biggest frustration was that we were given totally inaccurate information regarding our reserved parking spot which was the biggest amenity for this particular condo. We were given the spot number and location for a different unit than what we booked, which almost resulted in our car getting towed for parking in the wrong spot. The company was closed after we had a chance to call Saturday, and closed Sunday so the earliest we could call was Monday. They were nice when I called and when they figured it out several hours later, apologized for the mistake. They did not tell us however where our new spot was located and given there is no order to the numbering within that condo’s garage, we had no idea. I called them back to ask again, and they said they would call us back but never did. I called them again the next day, and still did not receive a return call. I called the resort to ask myself and they could not help me if they didn’t manage the property. We figured it out ourselves on day 5 of 8 of our stay but I am extremely disappointed in this lack of follow up as I do not think it is my responsibility to call multiple days for an answer nor was it our responsibility to literally walk/drive around all 12 floors of the parking garage to determine the location of our spot. We chose this condo over others due to the reserved parking and it’s a shame we did not get to use it for even half of our stay. Unreserved parking is very limited at this resort, furthering our frustration
