Welcome to Watercrest gulf front Condominiums in Panama City Beach, Florida. Luxurious floor plans in an elegant 18 story high-rise, each with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, are at the peak of your vacation. As elegant and beautiful as the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. Resort amenity highlights include a large, seasonally heated pool with expansive sun decks, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, racquetball court, and more. Inside your room you’ll enjoy tropical furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryers... everything to make you feel at home. Near by is St. Andrews State Park, Schooner’s and Captain Anderson’s.

Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Condo needs some cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were filthy in the condo and one of the comforters were grimy. Needs a good cleaning. One of the elevators did not work so long waits especially on Saturdays

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a bit disappointed with the balcony, it was set back and couldn’t see either side of the beach or sunsets. Also, our rental didn’t come with the umbrella and 2 beach chairs which was an additional unexpected costs for us. The master bedroom only has 2 side table lamps, not good lighting. The room was no better than the one we originally booked. The Watercrest resort always had a sewage smell out front of the resort. We made the best of our stay due to having to be moved last minute.

When we arrived at the condo it was very warm/hot inside. Tried to adjust the thermostat to a lower setting to cool off the condo & the thermostat would not go below 70. Had to use a personal fan to help cool the condo. Condo was not very clean. Floors were dirty, found mildew in the bathrooms/showers. We cleaned ourselves. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working & we found water in the floor each day in front refrigerator. We reached out to our contact person via our rental agreement to have these problems corrected & never heard back or saw a service repair person. Only one elevator was working & made our wait time very long to go back & forth to the beach/pool. Bottom line, we were not happy with this condo.

Absolutely amazing place to stay!! Definitely needed blankets because we only had a sheet lol so bring blankets! Other than that, it was fantastic in a great place!! We will be back next year!

The condo was fantastic. It was well stocked ( except there wasn’t a regular coffee maker(there is now)). The Watercrest is always a great place to stay and relax.

The building is under construction. Constant noise and grinding. Paint fumes if the doors are open. The pool and hot tub are closed due to construction. Work starts by 8 am every morning. None of that was disclosed ahead of time.

The overall stay was fantastic. You cannot beat beach views, location, sitting on the beach or balcony enjoying every minute of this beautiful location. The room was clean but smelled musty. A bit dated. The paint in the main bath was dripping- like the paint job wasn’t done and maybe someone showered and it just melted? I’m not sure it was intentional. . The couch was ultra comfortable 10/10. Beds were squeaky and less than hotel quality but I slept like a baby after being beachside. Shower heads were dated and it was difficult to get a good water temperature, but again got the job done- on par with past experiences. No ice maker in any condo I have ever stayed in seems to work so that’s par for the course. I would stay here again, if you take OUT of consideration what was out of the owners hands; the elevators were broken every day but check in day. Security was 11/10. Loved all those guys! Watercrest property management worked hard to remedy the elevators though weren’t successful, they were making efforts and that didn’t go unnoticed. Loved the dragonflies, it’s a family thing so I loved that piece of the condo. Extra toilet paper, some pods for keurig, and pods for dishwasher would have been nice touches but not a big deal. Red rug was hard to vacuum, we tried keeping it less sandy throughout the trip. Dryer took a couple runs to dry stuff adequately but again ended up getting the job doneOverall I loved our stay, the condo met our needs, and we had a beautiful time

Would stay again if they changed a few things.

The beds weren’t very comfy and there were no dishes to cook with that were even worth trying to cook on, 2 spatulas that needed to be thrown away years ago. If I had planned on cooking a big meal there would have been nothing for me to do that. If you walked around barefoot your feet would be black! Beautiful view and loved the grounds!

Summer vacation

The property was as described. Bottom outlets in the both bedrooms dont work, light bulbs were blown in living room. Kitchen could use a deep clean and dish towels. Entire condo needs to be dusted and the bathrooms, including the tub needs a deep clean. Great view of the beach and pool. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, and blow up mattress included. Convenient to all things PCB.
