The Space:

Morning light spills across the balcony as you gaze over rolling golf holes and shimmering water, the view shifting with each passing hour. A gentle breeze drifts through the outdoor patio, inviting you to linger by the private pool while the day unwinds. Inside, the top‑floor movie theater offers a quiet retreat, and the game room promises friendly competition for every age. This three‑story estate blends spacious comfort with playful details, creating a perfect backdrop for large groups or families seeking a Reunion escape.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features five themed bedrooms designed for privacy and fun. Downstairs, the Blue Sanctuary provides a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the Star Wars room holds two bunk twin beds that sleep four, while three additional bedrooms each contain a king bed. An in‑law suite above the garage adds extra flexibility for separate travel parties.



Indoor living

Two generous living areas accommodate gathering or quiet moments. A loft on the upper level and the in‑house movie theater on the top floor give ample space for relaxing and watching films. The game room, equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, and assorted games, keeps friendly competition alive throughout the day. A free washer and dryer, air‑conditioning, heating, TV, and wifi are provided, along with essentials and bed linens.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces make it easy to share breakfast before heading out or unwind with dinner as the sun sets. The layout encourages communal meals and casual conversation.



Outdoor living

Balconies on multiple levels showcase postcard‑worthy views of Reunion’s water features and the Grande building beyond. The private pool, surrounded by patio furniture, offers a calm spot for a swim or sun‑bathing at any time. A private entrance, free on‑site parking, and additional street parking simplify arrivals and departures.



Neighborhood

Set within the gated community of Reunion Resort, the property enjoys walkable golf courses and peaceful surroundings. Just beyond the back gate, a variety of dining options and local attractions await exploration, giving guests easy access to the area’s amenities while maintaining a sense of seclusion.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
