THINGS TO KNOW:
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for 2 cars. Guest can either park in the driveway or in front of the home on the street. No Garage Access
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $80/day (plus tax) with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
