LIVING AREA

New furnishings and decor invite you to unwind into vacation mode.

Concoct a crisp drink at the bar cart in the living area and relax on the large sectional. Get cozy by the gas fireplace and stream a classic film on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty meals in the sleek, modern kitchen with quartz countertops. Upscale stainless steel appliances include a gas range and side-by-side fridge.

When you're ready to eat, gather at the expandable eight-person dining table. The kitchen bar seats an additional two.

BED & BATH

This vacation home sleeps eight guests between four well-appointed bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, which features a California king bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the yard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and a Toto heated bidet.

Two additional bedrooms each provide a California king bed, while a fourth bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have blackout blinds.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Completely enclosed, your private outdoor space offers plenty of room to spread out and relax.

Enjoy leisurely afternoons swimming in the heated pool or unwinding in the attached hot tub. Relax in the water under the shade of two umbrellas, or stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sun.

As evening falls, dine outside under the covered patio. Cook up your meal on the outdoor gas grill. Then top off your meal with a nightcap around the gas firepit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
High speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a free to use 240V 50Amp Level 2 electric vehicle charger are also provided.

Parking for four vehicles (with two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is also available.

-Pool heating is available for $75/night (or $450/week) for the duration your stay .
-Pool heating is suggested October - May if you wish to use the pool+spa.
-Spa heating is included for free in your reservation, however it is an in-ground spa connected to the pool, so the spa must be heated prior to each use. (If you choose not to heat the pool in the winter, it may make the spa difficult to use).

If there is no reservation directly before or directly after yours, early check in and/or late checkout may be available. Check with the host 48 hours before your stay for availability.
-Early Check In: $30/hr for every hour earlier than 3pm
-Late Checkout: $30/hr for every hour after 11am
