Newly purchased to continue the extraordinary hosting history - we're eager to welcome you to one of our favorite places on earth!

Come to our richly appointed 4 Bedroom/4 Bathroom house with sweeping views from every room. Prepare meals in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen or on the grill. Dine inside or on the deck, looking at the lake, the leaves, and the beautiful sunsets.

Spend your days at the nearby beaches of Lake Winnipesaukee, ski at Gunstock (a short drive away), or hike in the beautiful mountains - this location is perfect for all seasons!

Home Amenities:
- Radiant heated hardwood floors
- Basement Den, complete with TV, giant couch, foosball table, board games and kitchenette
- Sonos system for music inside, and on the porch
- Completely outfitted kitchen
- Two decks - upper and lower
- Outdoor gas fire pit
- Grill and outdoor eating and lounge space
- Washer and dryer, and laundry detergent
- A/C on top 2 floors, with cool lower-level with ceiling fans
- Linens and towels supplied, as well as toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent and paper towels. Guests should bring personal items (soap, shampoo, etc.)

Bedrooms:
Two master suites are on the upper floor of the house, both with expansive views, en suite full bathrooms, and cozy linens. One has a King and Queen bed, and the other has a King. On the main floor has a Queen bedroom with direct upper porch access. The lower level has a bedroom with a Double bed and Twin Bunkbeds, along with the Den and bathroom, and lower-level porch access.

This property vacation rental is only found on VRBO. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions - we want this stay to be wonderful for you.

We stayed at this VRBO for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! Comfortably slept all 10 people and the common areas were very spacious. The view was amazing, the house was very clean, and Rafal was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a great time! The house is much bigger than expected and very clean and well decorated. Just like the photos! WiFi was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and the Weber grill works perfectly.

Amazing stay

This is my second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time. The house is always immaculate and inviting. Rafal is a great host and is always very responsive. I can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend property. As described, clean, private, amazing views, and set up amazingly for extended family retreats. Each bedroom is spacious and flexible for adults or families, and each bedroom has its own spacious, full, and updated bathroom. Each bedroom also has large windows or sliders facing the view of the lake. Overall very thoughtfully designed property for every guest to be able to enjoy their practical needs as well as enjoy the views and fresh air. Also very close to Mt. Major, Weirs Beach, and Gunstock.

Great family share property and location

My wife and I are in our 60’s. Three grown children and their spouses. Two very young grandchildren. House was perfect for our family to spread out and spend time together. Cooked most of meals at the house. Plenty of bathrooms. Excellent porches and play room. Great location. Quick drive to activity for any age.

Fabulous Stay!

Rafael’s place was perfect for a wedding weekend with friends. The house is beautiful, and the view of the lake is stunning. We had a wonderful time walking around Meredith, cooking at the house and hanging out on the deck overlooking the lake. Rafal was a fantastic host and I highly recommend a stay if you’re looking for a getaway with family and friends.

Christmas get away

We loved the house! The house was very clean and also nicely decorated for Christmas and would definitely stay there again! The view was amazing but sadly only saw it the first day since fog rolled for the rest of the stay.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this beautiful home for two nights to attend a family member's wedding. The home was all we expected and more. Very comfortable with beautifully decorated rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were large and comfortable and the view was absolutely beautiful. Our host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to my questions. No complaints. We would definitely stay there again!

This home is spectacular. It is even better than described and better than the awesome photos. Perfect location near the hustle and bustle, but not in the thick of it. This home, every room is a great room to sleep. There is no, short straw, you get the bad bed/room. Basement is fabulous too! Future guests, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing house & location!

We had a bachelorette with 12 people and this house was perfect! The outdoor space is incredible and it's super close to Gunstock. Only downside was it was impossible to get a taxi/Uber, so make sure to book transportation ahead if you need it.

Terrific, large lake-adjacent house

My family and I had a great family vacation stay at this beautiful, large house. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. The locations as great - near Laconia and Lake Winnipesaukee as well as Gunstock. Highly recommend!
