Nueva casa de 3 dormitorios muy cerca de Meredith Town Beach. A una milla del centro de Meredith, con sus excelentes tiendas y restaurantes. Muy cerca de los lugares de la boda de Meredith. Bonito patio, estacionamiento para seis personas. En el interior tienes todo lo que necesitas; aire central, cocina totalmente equipada, grandes televisores de pantalla plana.

Excellent location and home!

The house was very clean and in an excellent location in Meredith. The house was spacious and worked well for a group of friends with children.

Perfect location

We stayed here for the pond hockey tournament weekend. We will hopefully retur! Perfect place to stay in the Meredith area - close to the lake and downtown. Check in was very easy as well!

Clean, convenient, great location

Property was very clean, all the amenities you need are there. Water is right across the street, downtown is only a mile away. Great sleeping arrangements, property manager was very attentive

Great Stay

We rented this property for a wedding we were attending. Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Meredith and less than a 5 minute walk to a public swimming area of the lake. If we need to be in the area again, will definitely be looking at this house again.

Weekend wedding

Great location for our needs! Attended a wedding at Church Landing. The home was very clean & updated. Had everything we needed. Just be prepared to bring your own sheets & linens as these are not provided. I would stay again!

Nice property, clean and pretty comfortable with one exception and that was the master bed. It needs to be replaced. It sagged in the middle badly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Well Equipped and Clean in Meredith NH

Loved the home at 2 Fortier Road in Meredith. Very well equipped and clean. Great location near swimming access beach and town of Meredith. Pet friendly and renter friendly with all the amenities you could think of. Thank-you Bob!

Clean, Neat & GREAT location!!!!

We stayed during the annual New England Pond Hockey Classic weekend in February and this was by far our best location in 11 years! An easy walk to the rinks on Meredith Bay and all the great restaurants around town & Mills Falls. Bob was great to work with and his house was very clean and neat. Everything was like new and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!!

Great Place!

We loved the place! Great location very close to lake! Minute drive or 5 min walk to public beach. Bob was always available for any questions we had. Spacious and clean every appliance you can think of. We would definitely go back. Thank you Bob!

I Waukewan House

We’re five senior citizens. This house worked well for us. Clean. Convenient for family. Kitchen large enough to have guests and living room good for guests. We would rent again if the occasion arises. Host very accommodating.

Excellent Time

The home is spacious, clean, has everything you could want or need.l Bob Casey was such a pleasure to deal with. He promptly got back to me with answers to questions. I would highly recommend this home. It is a one minute drive to downtown shopping and dining, a short walk to beach and has a beautiful outside. We brought our dog and he really enjoyed lying out on the shady grass. Great time, Great place!

Comfortable stay in a nice town.

Great listing, very comfortable for 5 people. Host was responsive over the phone and helpful for questions / concerns. My friends and I were surprised to find out that we needed to bring our own sheets. This was not called out on the listing, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a very comfortable stay, host was kind and courteous, would prefer upfront notice about the sheets.

Good Location and Clean

The location of this house was exactly what we were looking for. A very easy walk to beach access, and downtown. Nice view of the lake during the winter and spring months. The house was clean, had all basic essentials for the kitchen. There was plenty of space for what we needed. If you are bringing pets, they need to be kept in the kitchen. This is something that we would have wanted to know before booking.

Absolutely awesome!!

The property was was absolutely perfect. Very relaxing and comfortable. The only thing that needs to be changed is the kitchen sink has a little leak when you turn it on, and the queen size mattress in both rooms sink into the middle a tiny bit. Other than that, we ABSOLUTELY loved the property and the area is absolutely beautiful. Close to everything in town and not too far from attractions up North. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Bob the owner greeted us upon arriving, really nice guy and friendly. We stayed there for bike week snd we had a blast!!

Had a blast!

This house was a great find! Location was great, close to town and short walk to the water. House was immaculate inside and plenty of space for all to spread out. There were 7 of us and we never felt crowded. Bob was great responding to any issues we had during our stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the week and ample basic supplies to get the week started. Meredith center had tons to offer for restaurants and shops. The town beach was lovely and never crowded. Fishing was great right off the train tracks. Would definitely recommend this property! Thanks for a great week. Jeanie

central location for everything NH

The house was immaculate and every thing provided. You just bring your food. Convenient location to down town, stores and great little coffee shop. Big plus that owner allows dogs. Lots of hiking trails near by to walk dog through woods. We would definitely rent again.

Great get away weekend

I really liked the layout of this house. It was spacious and comfortable for the 7 of us for a weekend. And the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! I don't usually sleep well in a different house however, I slept like a baby that weekend. :)
