The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This home sets 1 block off of highway 287. It is conveniently located within very close proximity to a gas station, a few restaurants, and a grocery store. This home is very large and offers sleeping for up to 15. One of the bedrooms has a 3 tier bunk bed more suitable for children that sleeps 5 of the 15 guests. The home has a very large kitchen with enough seating for 14. The home has all major kitchen appliances with everything needed to cook meals! We also have have a coffee maker and offer a variety of teas. This home sets on 20 acres and is very convenient! Perfect nightly rental!

I’m verbally we had a very nice weekend. There is plenty of room in the house. There could be more cookware available… But we found a way.

The house is large and had enough bedrooms to meet our needs. Unfortunately, the first thing I had to do was vacuum up all the crickets lying around. We had twin infants with us and I was afraid they might put the crickets in their mouth. Not to mention I didn't want to walk on them. The bathrooms were nice and large, but we had 6 live crickets in the tub and probably 3 others on the floor.The kitchen stunk and had a lot of water damage. I'm glad I didn't need it for cooking. I think if the 2 doors to the outside were sealed better, there might not be so many bugs. There are huge gaps on the bottom. It's too bad because the size was good. There was also a missing smoke detector in the kid's bunk room. I just don't think I would stay here again unless these things were taken care of.

Perfect! Visiting from Missouri for a family wedding. We had 6 adults, 7 teenagers and a 10 year old all staying at this location. Kitchen was big enough for breakfast, living room was very spacious, bathrooms were also very spacious. Yard was large enough for the kids to play football and volleyball. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Host responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and house for dove hunting trip. Had 8 guys and all slept comfortably. House provided everything we needed for dinner, wish there was a grill but we made due.

Amber was prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. Very spacious home! Only suggestion- update some of the mattresses- especially the one in master bedroom. Otherwise, great place and would stay again if in the area!!

Great stay!

We were in town for a 2 day tournament and had a few other parents and kids stay as well and it was amazing! Great location very close to the complex. Very spacious so we didn't feel crowded. Only suggestion would be to install a door code lock. Key wasn't on the table as was told and had to wait until the following day before someone brought it by leaving the door unlocked while we went to our first game that morning. Later had to wait for the person with the key to return to let the rest of us in. Other then that it was AMAZING! Would definitely book again!

Awesome Family Reunion

We had a family reunion scheduled for 3 months and rented a venue. However the road to the venue wash out the night before the reunion started. We couldn’t find another place in that short of time, with lots of family in transit already. This house saved the reunion. Everyone showed up here and we was able to pull it off. Thank you.

PLEASE CALL HEALTH INSPECTOR

I am not even sure where to begin here. I am a longterm vrbo user. I have used vrbo for over 10 years, have used them from California to Maine, and several places in between. As I have always been given a 5 star rating from the owner, and if the property offered part of the cleaning fee back, I have always qualified and received. I rented this property with the purpose of getting our adult children and grandchildren together to meet and welcome our newest member to the family. The house has great bones. It did indeed have 6 rooms set up for sleeping, and 2 bathrooms. I say rooms set up for sleeping instead of bedrooms, because one of the rooms is only accessible by cutting through the master bedroom. Not an ideal situation, but we made the most of it. Another keynote to point out is the master bedroom and what is labeled as the "kid room" ( triple layer bunk bed and a couple single twin beds) are connected via a jack and jill style bathroom. Again, not the best if privacy is high on list of needs. But, it was large enough to house us all comfortably enough. The second bathroom was not much use, because there was no hot water in it, and we just happened to be there during a week with unusual cold and snow for the area. Mind you, we had 12 adults, 3 kids, and 2 newborns. We checked in on a Monday and out the following Monday. I let them know Tuesday morning we had no hot water in the 2nd bathroom and kitchen, as well as the fact there were very little pots a

Wonderful Place for Christmas Gathering

We love this house! This is our second or third time to stay here. All of our out of town guests have plenty of places to sleep. There is a lot of living space and dining places. The neighborhood is quiet. We highly recommend this place!

Infested with centipedes and dirty

The place was not cleaned. Left over food and items in fridge from last guests. Beds were bad and centipedes and crickets throughout. Would not recommend.

Great Place to Get Together!

We enjoyed our time at this house so much that we booked an extra day. Our family is growing, and it was wonderful to have plenty of beds, a large living area, a modern kitchen, and plenty of room for dining. There is also plenty of room to park. This is an amazing place for large gatherings! We have already booked our next stay here!

So much space!

This property was perfect for our weekend with our airmen. We were wanting a place where we could meet up (coming from different bases), where we could all have some space. This property was perfect! So many bedrooms! The neighborhood was quiet. We were not far away from restaurants and entertainment (we played mini golf one evening). Communication with the host was quick and easy.
