FAMILY BEACH RETREAT, AMAZING LOCATION, PRIVATE BEACH BLOCK!!

Get away from it all and relax on your own private beach block in Sea Bright, New Jersey. Our Sea Bright vacation rental is a 2014 build offering modern comforts and charm throughout. It offers 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, the beach right outside your door, and located only 1 block from the shops and restaurants of downtown Sea Bright. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and relax on the front porch to enjoy breathtaking unobstructed views of the sunset over Covesail Marina on the Shrewsbury River. It's the perfect place for families to have fun together and recharge.

NOTE: Per Sea Bright ordinance minimum booking 6 nights. Contact host for more information and rental options.

AMENITIES - In every room, you'll find all the thoughtful touches you need to enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay. You will find our home clean, well-maintained, and in the perfect location.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. You'll find the cabinets well-stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, chef's knives, and appliances. We provide a coffee maker with everything you'll need to make a fresh cup the way you like it.

LIVING ROOM - A comfortable space for relaxing, reading, and watching TV. The brand-new furnishings include two couches, chairs, and tables. Technology features are a 55-inch smart TV and Fios wifi service.

BEDROOMS - All of the beds have been outfitted with brand new mattresses and hotel-style bedding to give you a relaxing night's sleep. Each bedroom contains a Smart TV for your entertainment and the comfort of Central Air.

* If your group consists of unrelated adults, all guests must be members of VRBO with positive reviews or provide a current photo ID and security deposit, at the hosts' discretion.
* Failure to observe the rules above may result in early termination of booking, loss of security deposit, and penalty of $200 per violation plus cost to repair damage.

• CHECK-IN starts at 4pm.
o Please let us know your plan! The concierge will meet you at the house.
o Prior to your arrival, you will receive your personal code for the front door.
o If you are running late, please text your ETA to Jack (number provided at booking).

• CHECK-OUT must be completed before 11am.
o If you have any concerns about damage in the house, please let us know that you want to be present for the physical check-out
o We understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them without much effort. This creates a better chance of having your full security deposit returned!
o We do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay but we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you:
• Wash in the dishwasher and put away any used dishes/kitchenware,
• Strip beds but leave sheets on mattress,
• Collect wet towels and put in laundry room,
•. Wash dry and fold beach towels.
• Take out any trash or recycling that may have accumulated during your stay.

• CUSTOM TIMES: Arriving/checking out slightly earlier/later should be fine, but please check with us first.

• GARBAGE pails get put out at the curb every Sunday and Wednesday nights for pickup in the morning. If you are in the house on a Sunday or Wednesday night, please put them out. The pails must come back in on Monday and Thursday mornings.
o If you are unable to bring in the pails/bin, please let the Concierge know.

• RECYCLING gets put out at the curb on Tuesday nights and the bin must come in on Wednesday.
o If you are unable to bring in the pails/bin, please let the Concierge know.
o Single stream fully co-mingled – bottles, cans, plastic, newspaper, cardboard, mixed paper
o Place at curbside after 7:00 pm the evening before
o Recyclable materials will not be collected if placed in plastic bags
o The Borough does not pick up electronics.
Monmouth County recycles electronics.
State law prohibits disposal of computers and TVs with trash.


• SMOKING. The no smoking policy is strictly enforced in the house, but you are permitted to smoke out back, only. Please do not smoke in the front of the house and be sure to pick up butts and dispose of them properly.

• NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE, PLEASE. Street shoes should be left inside the front door to keep the floors clean and minimize the sand in the house.

***Please be aware that guests and children should be okay with stairs. The house has been raised to protect against storm surge so there are steps to get up to the front door.

*** Must be over 28. You must be over 28 years old to book this house and all unrelated guests in a group reservation must register with the site with a government ID. We can’t offer customer service for guests that don’t have an official reservation through the platform and any liability waivers won’t apply.

***PLEASE NOTE: PER LOCAL REGULATIONS
We are subject to the town regulation that requires a minimum of 7 days rental:
"SHORT-TERM RENTAL (ALSO REFERENCED AS STR)
The use of a dwelling unit as defined in § 130-5 of the Code of the Borough of Sea Bright ...Short-term rental properties are required to have a minimum stay period of seven consecutive days. Any advertisement or rental of short-term rental properties must include and invoke this minimum stay requirement."
The town also requires owners to report the identity of the guests in the house and their term of the stay. We apologize for the inconvenience of this regulation.

On occasion, we will accommodate a shorter term by blocking the rest of the week to be in compliance.

***PARKING: The driveway has room for 1 car. In the event that your group has more than 1 car, there is free parking available on our street as it's a private street. Please provide the license plate numbers to your host so we can register your vehicles.

Serenity by the Sea

This was by far the most relaxing week we’ve ever spent at the beach. The house was impeccably clean, well decorated and stocked with all of the essential's to ensure a perfect beach getaway. The owners were very quick to respond to our needs and they were very considerate and accommodating to us. We will definitely be staying here again.

House was totally re-done and everything was new, clean and great. Owners were super attentive, living only a few minutes away and immediately on top of any request. Third house from a private beach which was great, and a couple of blocks to walk to Sea Bright village. Perfect for small families. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Stay in a Beautifully Renovated Beach House

We had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated house. The renovation was thoughtfully and nicely done, providing everything one could want for a comfortable and luxurious vacation. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed right away. The location is AMAZING—just two houses away from the beach and a five-minute walk from downtown and all the major restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend this property for a perfect beach getaway!
