Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This apartment is located in the fourth downtown Smithville, Tennessee with shopping and restaurants. You are also minutes away from the beautiful and pristine Center Hill Lake with all sorts of outdoor activities including boat rentals, canoeing and hiking trails.

Please note that the TVs are available for streaming with your own streaming accounts and are also equipped with ROKU so you will have network television and free movies as well.

Fully furnished brand new apartment overlooking the square in downtown Smithville, Tennessee. Brand new appliances, cabinets, flooring and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom.

This is a loft apartment and there are no elevators and there approximately 28 steps to the entrance.

Conveniently located on the SQUARE, this newly remodeled upstairs apartment features all new Granite throughout the Kitchen and Bathroom, remote control fireplace and remote control blinds. Ideally located minutes from either SLIGO, HURRICANE or PATES FORD Marinas, you will love the spaciousness and convenience of this modern space.
You are an hour away from Nashville and minutes away from our outdoor recreation. There are hiking trails, boat and canoe rentals, waterfalls and restaurants on Center Hill Lake.

Loved the place so much, Cleanliness was the best! My bed was so comfortable, The decor was well done. Loved the oversized shower and the double sinks! I would highly recommend this welcoming apartment.

Delightful Abode

This is our second stay at the fiddle. We found it every bit is delightful as the first time we were there! It's beautifully appointed, excellently located in the center of town & very comfortable! We look forward to opportunities to stay there again in the future!

We had a great stay in Smithville. The unit looks modern and the bed was really comfortable! A few things potential renters may want to know: 1. The bathroom door doesn't latch (I've let the owner know). 2. The unit shares a wall with another unit. 3. If you're wanting to visit local shops, be sure to check their hours because some close early on Saturday and aren't open again until Tuesday. Aces Restaurant is amazing and within walking distance, but be sure to make a reservation.Valerie was accommodating and responsive to our questions! We would rent from her again!

My sister and I were in Smithville to visit our brother who has been ill. We ordered pizza at his place Thursday and Then he and my sister were up all night Sick. Why not me? Big mystery. We left without completing our stay but will Definitely be back and try to enjoy your lovely place!
