Honeycutt Haven es el destino perfecto para las vacaciones costeras de su familia. Esta casa a medida, nueva en 2006, cuenta con un plano de planta abierto de cocina / comedor / sala de estar. La planta baja tiene pisos de madera de ciprés y un techo abovedado con vigas. La cocina bien equipada tiene una gran isla central y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Esta casa tiene dos habitaciones en la planta baja y dos habitaciones en el segundo piso. A sus hijos les encantará la segunda sala de TV / sala de arriba. Honeycutt Haven se encuentra junto a una calle lateral tranquila, perfecta para correr, andar en bicicleta o empujar carriolas. ¡Lo mejor de todo es que está a menos de 100 pies del acceso a la playa!

Topsail Island es una isla barrera de 26 millas ubicada frente a la costa de Carolina del Norte aproximadamente a cuarenta millas al norte de Wilmington.

Dream beach house

Wonderful place for a great vacation . The house is so beautiful and clean . Convenient to all the shops and restaurants . Less than a minute walk to the beach. We highly recommend this outstanding beach house.

The house was perfect for the 9 of us and just steps to the beach. Had a great time.e!

We had three generations sharing this house with a total of nine people. Plenty of room and very close see to an uncrowded beach. We highly recommend it!

We were looking for a place for family to stay while attending our granddaughters graduation.

Beautiful house inside and out. Loved the fact that we were so close to the beach. We could see the beach from our house. The interior of the house was very unique , lots of personality. Our stay was very enjoyable . The last day was perfect on the beach. The water was the most beautiful aqua and the temp was ideal.

Our new home away from home!

Fabulous spacious house within walking distance to a gorgeous beach! There is just enough room to spread out and have moments to yourself to enjoy the view of the ocean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The house also has a special hidden gem for children, and adults alike; I won’t give up the secret on my review but it was a lovely surprise! The host Amy is very kind, responds quickly & genuinely cares about her guests. We are already making plans to come back soon!

Great property, awesome location steps from the water.

We had a great trip to NTB over the 4th of July week. Our trip was to start looking for a vacation property in the area. We lived the house, and the area. As a vacation rental the property is well stocked with all the necessities. The proximity to the beach was great, and the ability to come back and forth as you please with little effort was great. We enjoyed the house so much we took a lot of pictures and decided it's the perfect layout for what we want in a vacation property. There isn't anything we would change about the trip, or our experience. We loved the house. We would definitely return.

Best Waves!

We had 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 1 to 10). House was actually pretty quiet even with all the running and loud kids. Plenty of space too! The secret room was so much fun:) The kitchen was well-stocked and my husband was thrilled with the grill tool kit. While not on the beach we only had to walk past 2 houses to get to it, so no issue for us. We spent every day on the beach playing in waves and tidal pools. Close enough to grocery and other activities, though we really did not do anything but play on beach.

Not enough words to describe how great Amy and property is!

This was the first time in our 20+ years stay at Topsail that we got a house and so glad we found Honeycutt Haven! This is going to be our go to vacation house for many years to come. The house is just perfect, has everything you need for preparing meals and just relaxing. The bedrooms are a great size and there is even a little hideaway one for “little” guests! Having 3 full bathrooms AND an outdoor shower were another huge perk. The covered driveway was perfect for us to play our corn hole games after a day on the beach, glad we brought it! Sitting in the rocking chairs on the covered deck was just so relaxing too, you have a perfect ocean view from the deck. The walk to the beach access is so close to the house. Communication with Amy was off the charts! Any time I had a question she responded within an hour, that is just fantastic! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, can’t wait to book for next year!!!

Amazing Location

This house was perfect in every way! So close to the beach, perfect for families, loves the outside porch! The outside shower made everything easy! Grocery store and restaurants close! We would definitely stay here again! Perfect home just bring your own blender!

North Topsail Gem

Conveniently located just steps from the beach. This house is modern yet very comfortable and will easily sleep 10. The upper floor is great for a kid's hideaway.

Perfect Beach Home

The Honeycutt’s home was a perfect location to enjoy the beach with friends. They layout is perfect for multiple families and the short walk to the beach if perfect for little kids. The home was clean and well stocked!

Perfect for us!

We had the best time at Honeycutt Haven! Perfect size for 9 total with 2 teenagers, and 7 adults. The loft is perfect for the younger ones to play games, etc. just great all around.

Fantastic hosts and home

If I was a selfish person I would not be honest with this review in order to keep this gem a secret. Amy and Ben are wonderful hosts. Very quick to respond to communications. The pictures of the home are 100% accurate. It is so beautiful and the cleaners left it sparkling clean. The entire family agreed that we would love to come back to this house again and again. The only thing is this is the only vrbo that i have rented with out bedding? Makes for an extra cost when traveling but it is in the fine print! Overall great house and wonderful location.

First experience with a VRBO property was an absolute delight.

This was our first experience renting through VRBO, and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. This property offers charm, character and a location that can't be beat on the island. We know this because our kids fell asleep in the car, so we drove around searching for a dream house while they slept. We honestly never found one worth trading this one for. While the property isn't beach front, it is close enough to offer a partial beach view from nearly every room. The rooms are spacious and the extra living space upstairs allows everyone to spread out and enjoy different activities. Our kids loved the alcove room and enjoyed listening to a rain shower on the tin roof. Unfortunately, I had to work some during the trip, but I didn't mind as the house offers custom finishes and plenty of natural light that create a sense of being on a luxurious retreat. We are already dreaming of our next trip to Topsail and hoping we can return to this gem of a rental in the future.
