Views! Family Friendly 4 bedroom, sleeps 11, steps to the Beach, Sound or Pool.

It doesn’t get much better than this at Topsail Island. Coffee with sunrise over the ocean? Wine with sunset over the sound? Our place is sure to impress with the private covered bar area, 6 covered decks, outdoor shower, large kitchen, two master suites and steps from the beach. Restaurants within walking distance, shops close by and a short bike ride to the center of Surf City. Coming from out of town? We have you covered; linens, towels, beach chairs, toys, bicycles, beach cart, corn hole boards, rods and reels, coolers…. And more! We have a fire pit, outdoor grill and don’t forget the ELEVATOR. We have a community pool just a few steps away.

For our guests convenience and safety, we have keyless entry, parking for at least 4 cars, fire extinguishers, emergency ladder located on Master Suite deck, Ring camera with view of driveway and elevator door entrance. The private elevator is a welcome amenity for those with mobility issues and taking groceries and luggage to upper floors.

The “Toy Closet” is available to our guests. Inside you will find beach chairs, fishing equipment, corn hole boards, sand toys, skim boards, floats, boogie boards, bocce ball, spike ball, badminton set, beach umbrellas, beach cart and a wagon for the kids!

We stayed at Sea Prize for an end of summer family vacation, and it was absolutely fantastic!The home was beautifully decorated and remarkably clean! The hosts thought of everything which really helped make our stay special. Would love to come back again!

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed, and it very close to the beach. Loved waking up every morning to enjoy a cup of coffee on the decks. Terri was awesome and answered any questions we had.

Our family stayed at SeaPrize for the first time. We had a wonderful family vacation, and the house was amazing. It was complimented with pretty much anything you would need, so that was a plus for us. The kitchen was well stocked. The toy closet was a treat for beach time! The house was clean, organized and decorated nicely for an enjoyable stay. Even though it is not beachfront, it has nice views of the ocean. Thank you, Terri and Kevin! We will happily return again!

Family getaway

Enjoyed our family get away. House was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Owners were quick to respond to questions asked and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would love to return for another visit someday.

We couldnt have asked for a more perfect stay! Our family ended our summer here and it was perfect. Plenty of space, convient location, beautiful views and so much more! The house was stocked with everything we needed!!!

Great stay!

We had an awesome time - house is beautiful with a great layout and amenities, everything you could need is available. The bar and hangout area underneath the house is really a special spot. Love the location - a small neighborhood, but right across the street from beach access. The hosts were incredibly quick to respond and helpful. Would stay again and recommend!

Incredible views, wonderful accommodations, and painless communication with the host - could anyone ask for more!? Would go out of my way to stay at this property again. Terri's gracious hospitality made it a truly memorable weekend with friends and family.

Beautiful home in perfect location

Terri was fabulous to work with and was extremely prompt in answering any questions that I had. The home was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, from activities and toys to kitchen supplies. The house layout was perfect for a weekend away with teens! Would definitely love to stay here again.

Great birthday celebration and spring break

We had the best experience staying bay this property. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The views were amazing. I will stay here again for sure. I would only change the shower upstairs to one shower head! Thank you so much 😊

Perfect Beach House

This property was amazing! From the house to the access to the beach, you could not ask for a better vacation home. Everything you could need was in the home and the downstairs bar area was perfect for hanging out with the family. The owners were great too! They were available to answer any questions that came up. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing long weekend at the beach!

House was clean and well equipped: speakers, chargers, stool for kids, pots/pans, bath/beach towels and linens etc. Host is very kind and responsive. Wonderful location across from public beach access. Great area to hangout outside under the house. Highly recommended!

Love this house

Loved our stay....weather did not corporate, cannot be controlled..we enjoyed watching basketball and playing games. The house was clean, Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in and out. The toy room is well stocked. Kevin and Terri were great with communication, it was nice we could check in early. This will be one of our go to houses in the future. Thank you Kevin and Terri for sharing your house with us..

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a great location, with great water views from the many decks where we watched dolphins several times! Perfect for our extended family’s trip to the beach! Plenty of room to accommodate all of us comfortably. Terri was very responsive and accommodating! Home was very clean and comfortable, with many extras. We appreciated all the available beach items including chairs, wagon, and toys. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future!

Summer vacation 2023

Our week long stay in Scotch Bonnet sound side was amazing. The owners paid attention to every detail. The elevator came in handy for unpacking suitcases and groceries. We spent several evenings at the lower outdoor area playing cards and watching basketball. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The beach chairs toys, and wagon provided made our trips to the beach easy. Walked to Surf City Line, the restaurant down the street, twice for dinner. Highly recommend it. Thanks again for such a great stay.

Couldn’t have asked for more.

Most impressive were the location and views from this property. Ocean and sound views with ample windows to enjoy them from. Also, there are restaurants and shops close by, some within walking distance, but the surrounding are quite peaceful. Equally as impressive was how well equipped the house was for enjoyment and recreation. There was nothing we needed or wanted that the house did not provide. The kitchen was well equipped as was the beach recreation closet below the house. And an outdoor bar and fire pit! Our hosts were incredibly gracious and hospitable. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing all around!!

Kevin and Terri were amazing from the very beginning of the process. They were very accommodating and replied quickly. The house was absolutely beautiful, spaceous, clean and everything thing was thought of to the smallest details. The kitchen had everything you needed for meals and room for everyone to sit and eat together. There were a lot of games for the kids to be entertained and loved the lower level with the TV, fire pit and toy room. We were able to play volleyball on the beach and had everything we needed to enjoy the sand and sun. Can't wait to come back!!!

So. Much. Fun.

Our stay at Sea Prize was the perfect start to the summer. The house was clean and beautiful and the instructions the owners left were very clear and concise. The first floor lounge area with bar and TV was the coolest feature of the house! We utilized that space and enjoyed playing games and relaxing in the shade after a fun day in the sun at the beach! The toy closet had more toys and beach chairs and activities than mentioned which was an added bonus! The house was beautiful and spacious and offered views that were spectacular. Thank you for sharing your home with my family! We made a lifetime of memories this week and I’m thankful!

Perfect House, Great Location, Wonderful Hosts!

This was our first time at Topsail Beach, but won't be our last. This house was perfect for us and and our family. The hosts were phenomenal and quick to respond to any messages. We didn't have and issues to be fixed while we were there as everything was clean and working. The outside shower was so convenient and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. We had game night around the firepit and we had such a great family vacation. The 3rd floor room connected to a small room with a daybed and trundle which was perfect for our kids. The elevator was helpful with luggage and heavy groceries. As far as location: the neighborhood was quiet, nice, and clean. The beach was right across the street - again very convenient! The beach was clean and not too crowded. The house was close to many stores and restaurants. Thanks again! We hope to be back next Summer!
