The neighborhood is perfect for walking or riding your bikes around as a family after dinner; Quiet for resting up to tackle another beach day, and friendly to feel welcome in our lovely town. This property is a few minute drive to the famous Mother's Beach in Kennebunk. This Beach has fine sand for building contest-worthy sandcastles, surf to create the most fantastic boogie board experiences, and a horizon to lend the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Mother's Beach is every child's favorite because of the playground next to the Beach. Also close are Middle Beach and Gooch's Beach, as well as Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport. Our town is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination for visitors and summer residents. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles.

Guests have full access to the property; locked closets are intended to remain locked for the owner's privacy.

At our "Salt Breeze Bungalow", when the breeze is just right - you can smell the salt from the sea. The bungalow has been newly renovated and is close to everything including 1.5 miles to Mother's Beach, Gooch's Beach, & 2 miles to Dock Square Kennebunkport. When you stay at this charming home off Sea Road in a great family-friendly neighborhood, you will have all the amenities of home! Perfectly located to spend the day at the beach and pick up lunch at Bennett's Store on your way, then head to town for dinner or cook at home and eat outside in the back yard!

This bungalow was renovated in 2023, and features a bright and spacious all new kitchen with stainless steal appliances, quartz countertops and tiled backsplash and floor. The bathroom has been redesigned and updated with all new fixtures including tiled floors, tub surround and designer finishes. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home features a king sided bed in one bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom. In the living room the couch pulls out into a queen sized bed.

This space is specifically stocked and decorated to host nightly guests. The beds have cotton bedding and sheets. Please reach out with any questions you might have.The entire property is designated for our guests only.

If you visit in the winter months, there is a sledding hill directly beyond the bungalows back yard. Talk about convenience!

We offer beach chairs, beach wagon, towels and an umbrella for our guest use during their stay.

•Linens provided for the king & twin size beds (2) and the queen pullout couch (located in the living room).
•Towels, beach towels are always fresh.
•We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
•Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy
•Fire pit to enjoy the Salty Breeze (when the breeze is just right.)
•Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you.
•Internet and Smart TVs for your convenience of logging into your accounts.
•Ductless, wall mounted Air conditioning in each room (4 total).
•Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler provided.
•Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.

Bikes are a great way to get around and enjoy our town!

There are public parking lots: one in the town center, behind Allison's Restaurant, and the other next to the North Street Fire Station.

Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, just between Portland, ME. And Portsmouth, NH.
There are Amtrak train stations in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available.
Portland's international jetport offers easy flights in and out of Maine.
Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
