¡Esta encantadora capa tiene una nueva oportunidad de vida! La casa original del año 1900 ha sido increíblemente renovada para reunir el carácter y el encanto de lo antiguo y lo nuevo. Situado en una calle sin salida, esta casa es cálida, acogedora y actualizada. La casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente con un sofá cama doble ubicado en la sala de estar para espacio adicional para dormir. Una sala de estar de concepto abierto y una cocina de ensueño que cuenta con electrodomésticos Viking de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen con cajones de almacenamiento y un armario, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos literas, una cama nido doble y un armario de buen tamaño. El tercer dormitorio tiene un sofá-cama doble con nido que se retira a una reina para acomodar a dos adultos cómodamente. Dos amplios baños completos. También una lavadora y secadora en la planta baja. Relájese frente a la chimenea con un buen libro, disfrute de una buena comida en el comedor o haga una barbacoa en el patio. Una buena cena en la ciudad se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia. Disfruta del patio trasero después de un gran día en la playa. El patio frontal es también una gran opción para tomar un café o visitar a amigos. ¡Las opciones son infinitas!

This house was perfect! Beautiful, spacious and a 5 min walk to Dock Square. Our Host, Gia was great! Comfy beds, great Kitchen with Viking appliances and super clean. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms but Gia sent a refund for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gia!

We had the best vacation! The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything we needed. It was close to town, so we walked in daily and close to the beaches as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home was nice. We had to rent bedding which far different from any rental any of us have experienced. 127. And change for 3 days. It was advertised to that no bed linens were provided but we missed that somehow. I would suggest you bring your own even though I think this is strange. There was adequate utensils, all plastic dishes and the pots and pans should be nicer. I have stayed quite honestly in less expensive and had far greater and more expensive and had significantly greater. We enjoyed our stay not because of the home but the friendship’s. The homeowner was as prompt at responding which was appreciated.

Great weekend

The house was exactly as described! We did not travel with children, but it was clearly very child-friendly, so we will be back! Quick walk to downtown area and lots of scenic routes for walking, running, biking or driving!

Beautiful home

Attending a family wedding in Kennebunkport, this was the perfect location. Home was lovely and spotless. I would highly recommend. Communication was homeowner was excellent.

Family Vacation in Kennebunkport

We stayed in Kennebunkport for our yearly family vacation and were SO pleased with the property. Between the beautiful amenities, the proximity to downtown, and even the quality of the mattresses, we could not have been more pleased. Gia was a very gracious host who was always in communication with us both leading up to and during our stay. If/when we return to Kennebunkport next year, we will definitely be looking to see if this property is available!

Perfect weekend getaway in Kennebunkport

Apparently I didn’t read the listing well enough because I did not show up with my own sheets and towels. The owner said that that happens a lot. Either a reminder email or some other communication would be helpful for those of us who don’t see that. The listing indicates that there is a king but it’s really a twin that you have to manipulate and pull out the trundle - which is NOT easy to do. The lower level is beautiful and well decorated. The kitchen equipment is adequate but we were only there one night. If you had a big group - it would be insufficient. The exterior patio space is cramped with 2 grills and 2 uncomfortable chairs with no cushions. The patio itself is a terrible tripping hazard and should be repaired. Location is great!

Comfortable Kennebunkport Home

Gia’s Kennebunkport home was beautiful and cozy for a great vacation. Was walking distance to town and ocean. Check in process was easy. Neighborhood was safe and very quiet at night. Kitchen was stocked well. With everything we needed to make our trip easy. Everything was extremely clean! Our family of 4 hopes to return again.

Nice stay, best for a family with children

Very nice house with redone kitchen. Best suited for a couple with children- two additional bedrooms with bunks and trundle beds are very small if traveling with adults. Small TV without standard cable. Easy walk to downtown. Owner very kind and responsive.

Great location!

Gia was wonderful and responsive to our questions. The key code to the front door didn’t work but we remedied that immediately! The house was super clean and had everything you could need! It was an easy quick walk to downtown, just steps away from wonderful restaurants and shopping! We can’t wait to come back!

Convenient and clean

Enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Loved that it had a pack n play and toys for our toddler. We did not love having to pack our own sheets and towels in our suitcase from Texas. Also, don’t love that it describes to house having two queen beds. The trundle bed wasn’t the most comfortable and did not fit the queen sheets we packed. Loved everything else about our stay! Would be perfect if only one pair of adults and lots of kids were going!

Nice house, but needs some maintenance

This property was comfortable and clean, and was situated on a quiet side street that was walking distance to town. Unfortunately, not everything was in working order upon our arrival which affected the quality of our stay. Two days prior to check-in, the host informed us that the lock keypad on the front door was not working. Since there were six people in our group and we sometimes needed to come and go at different times, having a single set of keys to the side door was inconvenient. After our first night at the house, it was also clear that the dishwasher was non-functional. When we contacted the host about this on the second day of our stay, she told us that the necessary parts were ordered. No one arrived to repair the dishwasher during our stay. Washing dishes by hand was inconvenient, as neither a drying rack nor dish towels were provided. Finally, there was significant water damage and mold adjacent to the shower in the upstairs bathroom (not something that we would expect to be repaired during our stay, but evidence that the house could use some maintenance).

Girls Weekend to Celebrate Mom’s Birthday

We had a nice time staying at the property. The home was clean and neat. Lovely space with a beachy vibe. Lovely patio where we watched the sun set on an unusually warm Nov afternoon. The only minor drawbacks are that the kitchen didn’t have real plates, missing a rubber spatula, the light was broken in the dining room (which they warned us about), their wireless wasn’t set up correctly so we had to deal with that, no board games and lacking some side tables and furniture in the bedroom and living room that would have made it a bit nicer. The beds were extra firm if you like that and missing a headboard in one of the rooms so the pillows fly off the end. It is better suited for young families rather than three ladies on a weekend stay. Plenty of toys, cribs, etc which we didn’t need. Overall it was a lovely home, very close to town and I’d definitely go back.

Great location & very clean!

This place was VERY clean (which was much appreciated) and the main floor was much bigger than the photos look. The location was the perfect walking distance to everything we needed to get to for our family wedding! We recommend bringing everything you think you might need, for the various amenities in a house. Gia was easy to communicate with. And overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great home in kennebunkport

We loved this home within walking distance of kennebunkport. The beds were comfortable, living area spacious and well furnished. There were only 3 of us, but it was big enough to handle a few more kids or teenagers. Only one of the beds was a queen, the rest were single beds. Bring your own sheets and towels (I didn’t mind this). We would definitely return to this home if we come back to the area!

Lovely location, charming cottage.

Overall I would recommend this property for an easy stay in a charming cottage and walkable to all the charm of Kennebunkport, with space for 2 cars alongside the house. The first floor space (kitchen, dining, living area and 1 full bathroom) is updated and a nice open plan with an awesome gas fireplace. Upstairs has a full and large bathroom. One bedroom with a queen and then two bedrooms set up more for kids overflow sleeping rather than a 2nd bedroom. (One room has a twin daybed and the other 3 twins. No nightstands or lamps) so my only criticism is that it’s not conducive to a group of adults having a friends weekend without feeling like they’re “bunking camp style. The amenities of the property could be upgraded to help the experience feel more premium. All plates and drinking “glasses” were melamine/plastic, The “no sheets or towels provided” leads a bit to be desired (especially for guests flying in). That said, most of this (plastic excluded) is published in the listing. I just think it’s such a charming house and location that I wish they would add a queen bed, some sheet/towel service and some adult glassware. Because I would stay in a heartbeat again if that was the case! Thank you Gia for a lovely home and stay!

I am originally from a small town in central Massachusetts and my husband is from a small town western Canada. We decided to settle in New England a few years ago to be close to family. We have always loved vacationing in some of the cozy New England towns and finally decided on Kennenbunkport for a vacation home because we have family and friends in the area.

My husband and I fell in love with this property when we first laid eyes on it. We love the charm and character of all of the New England towns but Kennebunkport has that extra something special! Sitting on a quiet dead end street, this Cape has more charm and character than we could have ever imagined. It is a great place to make memories with friends and family.

The proximity to town is one benefit we fell in love with. Within a 5 minute walk you can enjoy all that downtown Kennebunkport has to offer. So many restaurants and shops to choose from and some of the coasts greatest beaches just minutes away!
