Nestled just a 5-minute drive from Old Town and a 15 minute drive from the Phoenix Airport, this vibrant vacation home takes inspiration from the iconic Mai Tai cocktail to create a playful and unforgettable retreat. The backyard is your private paradise, equipped with a nine-hole mini-golf course & a heated pool for lively outdoor gatherings.

*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $150 for the minimum, and any additional days will be $75 per day*

Spend your days soaking up the sun in our beautiful private yard or challenging friends to a round of mini-golf on our exciting nine-hole course, complete with fun obstacles. As the sun sets, enjoy yard games under the glow of twinkling string lights, or simply unwind by the heated pool with a refreshing beverage. Our built-in grill and outdoor bar area are perfect for alfresco dining, and don't forget to capture the moment in front of our stunning mural while lounging in our hanging basket chairs.

One of the most exciting features of "Desert Mai Tai" is the convenience of stepping out the gate right behind the mini-golf course and crossing the alley to access a grocery and liquor store - all the beverages and food you need are just a quick 1-minute walk away from the property!

Step inside this charming ranch-style home and discover a massive common area designed for relaxation and fun. Sink into our plush, oversized couches in the living room, gather around the dining table with seating for eight, and whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen featuring a large island overlooking the sparkling pool. Kickstart each morning with a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine (coffee provided!) before heading out to explore all that Scottsdale has to offer.

With four inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge after a day of adventure. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family and friends with a hall bathroom easily accessible.

*Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat*
Before requesting pool heat, please be advised of the following:

We cannot make the pool into a hot tub! The maximum temperature we heat the pools to is 85 degrees. Please also be advised that in the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees, the pool heaters will simply shut off to avoid mechanical damage to the heat pump system due to the ice that will form otherwise on the internal coils. The heaters will turn back on automatically when the temperature outside goes back up/when the ice that was forming to cause the shut off melts, but this means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated to our normal of 85 degrees. Even with the cooler temperatures, the pool heaters do tend to keep the pools within 5 degrees of the desired temperature. This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge. Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay. The pools have been heating up to 75-85 degrees, which is 35-45 degrees higher than the outdoor temperature.
