We had a wonderful time over our four day weekend celebrating my grandsons 4th birthday. The accommodations were exactly as listed. Lots of room and close to downtown attractions and the City Museum which we enjoyed immensely! The host was very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend and I look forward to booking again with them for our next St. Louis trip!

Great location, so close to everything. Never had a problem with parking. Brendan was a very responsive host.There are a lot of stairs but we didn't have any issues. We stayed with 3 kids under the age of 10 and they loved it. The basement is so fun! All dishes/cutlery and essentials available in the kitchen. Comfy beds and overall great vibe. The surrounding area is safe to walk around at night as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great place

This BNB looked exactly like the pictures online as well as being super clean. It was a great and comfy place to stay. The host was really easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with a great location. Visited with 2 teenage boys so this home was perfect for us. The host is great with communicating, quick responses and super nice. All in all it was a great time!

Fun and so convenient!

What a gem! We loved the neighborhood (Peacemaker and Sydney both delish!) and the house was perfect. Didn’t carve out time to take full advantage of the game room or even the luxurious hot tub, but loved the clean, comfy space.

There was no hot tub!! Just a bathtub with water jets. Big water stain in master bedroom above bed from leaking roof. Plaster cracked and ready to start falling. Big hole above washer and dryer in top floor with dirty insulation exposed. Townhouse had 5 tvs but only 2 worked! Contacted the property manager and he said to try new batteries but there weren’t any in house. They had 4 spoons!!! No salt and pepper provided. I contacted property manager and he said he would speak to cleaning staff!! 3 floors with very steep steps. Not advertised that way!! We have stayed in several VRB properties in the past. This property doesn’t meet your standards or ours!!!

The townhouse layout with multiple floors and stairs is clearly shown in the listing photos and description. Our property manager responded promptly when contacted during your stay and offered solutions. This property is one of our highest-rated units with consistently excellent reviews from guests who enjoy the space exactly as described. As any host knows, every once in a while a stay does not align with a particular guest's expectations, and we understand that no property will be the perfect fit for everyone. We encourage all guests to review the full listing details, photos, and existing reviews before booking to ensure the property meets their needs.

Great downtown space!

My kids and I enjoyed staying here. It has a lot of steps, which were not an issue for us, but might be for those who have a hard time balancing. It was easy working with the property manager and owner, who truly made me feel at home.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a great time exploring St Louis over the weekend, this spot was 10-15 min from everywhere we went. City museum, the Arch, the Soulard Farmers market and fabulous food on the Hill. Property manager was quick to respond and helpful. Four bathrooms were nice to have with teens and was able to cook some meals at home with the setup.

First off, the host was excellent. Friendly with great communication. The house was very nice, well kept, and comfortable. Great location, minutes to everything. One of my best rental experiences.

The brownstone was charming. I suggested to the host to get a new cleaning crew. Lots of hair and melted gummy candies. I had to sweep as soon as we got there.

St louis

Loved the house and location. Lots of stairs. My teenage boys loved the basement. 2 stars for cleanliness. Bedroom was dusty. Bathroom sinks were dirty with old toothpaste and hair. Dead bugs in basement. Old energy drink can and water bottle. Beds were comfy. Perfect location for us. The boys rode like scooters to the arch. Would stay here again.
