Exquisite classical villa details start as you walk through the enchanting green courtyard and through the large iron-adorned French doors. Greeted by staggering 18` wood beam ceilings, an oversized great room, and unobstructed views into the private backyard oasis, walking through the villa is truly a breathtaking experience. Immediately you will notice the carefully curated designer touches like curved archways, grand columns, and detailed stone and tile work.

You will fall in love with the charming and completely private backyard garden oasis. Equipped with a heated swim up pool with barstools, perched stone jacuzzi, outdoor gas fireplace, cocktail area with a TV and surround sound speakers, outdoor bar/BBQ, putting green, and lawn chairs surrounding the pool resort-style, you may wonder why you would ever need to leave.

Inside, the living room boasts floor to ceiling pocket windows for the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Stone and tile throughout the house are accompanied by exposed wood trim and earthy, vibrant colors.

A full sized chef`s kitchen boasts a newly installed Monogram range and cooktop, Subzero refrigerator, and brand new stainless steel cookware. Brand new ceramic dinnerware from Pottery Barn and high quality appliances throughout the kitchen will give you instant home away from home comfort. With plenty of counter space, we invite you to host family dinners with all of the cookware and serve ware you could need. We provide both a french press and Keurig, soda stream, touchless sink, and a pastry warmer/toaster. A breakfast nook sits adjacent to the kitchen, accompanied by a secondary den with a fireplace.

The proper dining room features a chandelier over the wooden long table, proper dining chairs and table settings for 12. The indoor sunken in bar is perfect for hosting and entertaining.

All four bedrooms are en-suite for ultimate privacy. The primary suite has a large rain shower, stone bathtub, fireplace, and private entrance into the backyard. All 4 bedrooms offer brand new plush pillows and bedding, both hanging and shelved closet space, private bathrooms with brand new shower heads, and plenty of vanity storage for your long stay. ***Please note, you will have access to 2 parking spaces in the garage and any other additional cars can be parked in the driveway. The owner`s car will remain parked and locked in the garage at all times.
