This newly renovated home offers everything you need for a memorable Cape Cod vacation. You don’t have to choose between a beach or lake experience because while this house is just a short drive to famous Cape Cod beaches, it's also a quick walk to a large freshwater lake perfect for swimming, canoeing and paddleboarding.
Completed in 2023, this 4-bedroom 2.5-bath home offers guests a peaceful setting while centrally located near major Cape Cod beaches and recreation areas. The house has air conditioning and heating, plus a gas fireplace, ensuring comfort in all four seasons. Ideally configured for two families with two upstairs bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twins) and two downstairs bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twins) plus full bath and TV room for each floor. For guests needing to remote-work during their stay, there is an office with a motorized sit/stand desk, Aeron office chair, dual monitors and high-speed wifi.
The fully stocked kitchen has been updated with new appliances, including an induction range, microwave and dishwasher. The back deck features a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a ping pong table, games and puzzles.
The community has private beach access to Seymour Pond (3 minute walk from the house), which offers freshwater swimming and non-powered boating. Guests have access to a canoe and two paddleboards.
An outdoor shower offers a refreshing option after a day at Seymour Pond or Cape Cod beaches. Guests also have access to the outdoor fire pit.
Enjoy biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail (5-minute bike ride from the house) or mountain biking and hiking at Nickerson State Park (10-minute drive).
