Your vacation destination is at Casa Del Mar, building D-103, in the gorgeous neighborhood of Isla Del Sol! Start each morning from your lanai with a cup of coffee watching golfers on the 18th hole of Isla Del Sol Country Club golf course. This ground floor condo is a two-bedroom, two-bath that can sleep up to four guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and an abundance of kitchen accessories to feel like you are in your own home. The condo has three flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There is an assigned parking spot located in a parking garage, steps from the condo. Step out the front door of the condo and enjoy endless paths and trails for walking, running, and biking. There are numerous public golf courses in the area. The pristine heated pools and hot tubs offer beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay. The condo is walking distance to the Isla Del Sol Shoppers Village which offers restaurants, a coffee shop, and much more!

Hi! My name is Ann Welty and I am excited to be a new host on VRBO. Although I'm a Pennsylvania native, I am a true Floridian at heart. I resided in the Melbourne and Cocoa Beach areas for five years before relocating to California in 2008. I have since moved to the Pacific Northwest and enjoy what both coastlines have to offer. I am thrilled to own a Florida property again and look forward to sharing our vacation getaway with others.

I have been coming to St. Petersburg/St.Pete Beach/Pass-a-Grille areas for the past 20 years and absolutely love it. Our neighborhood, Isla Del Sol, is very quiet and offers spectacular views of the Boca Ciega Bay. You can walk out the front door and enjoy endless walks through the golf course or along the bay.
