Bring your suitcase and bring 1 dog 40 lbs or less with you drop your bags. This modern 1 bedroom 1 bath 1st floor condo is on the “quiet side” of the building you will not hear an traffic from the overpass It boasts a large private balcony over looking the Boca Ciega Bay and is a perfect way to enjoy the sunsets or watch the dolphins and boats go by. This condo is fully furnished with 2 HD TV's free internet washer and dryer, cook and dinnerware. An extra comfortable Murphy bed makes sure your extra guests wont have to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. 10 minute ride to all the gold coast beaches and some of the finest restaurants and bars. The resort offers an over-sized pool deck, pool, and jacuzzi that overlook the bay. It is truly Paradise Found.

Loved the condo. Perfect location, beautiful views. Unit was clean and easy to access. Only complaint was pool/hot tub deck area. It closed at dusk, which was about 545 6pm. We;d get back from a day out and didn't have any time to enjoy a soak or play in the pool.

Wonderful stay for my parents and nephew. My Dad has a difficult time getting around but this place was easy for him to navigate. My nephew thoroughly enjoyed the pool. And the view was amazing even being on the 1st floor. Amazing rate for such a prime location. Will definitely try to book again when my family visits again.

Another Wonderful Stay

My wife and I had a another great stay and we really enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Glenn was super and he helped us when we left a few items of clothes behind. I highly recommend Glenn and his condo!

Perfect getaway

We had a nice short stay. The kitchen had useful things like condiments. The view was really tranquil facing toward the dock and water. We loved the deck. There were plenty of towels. When we arrived the room was clean. Not too far from Target, mall, beaches.

Perfect

We have stayed in this unit more than once and will stay again. Condo is well stocked, beds are comfy, plenty of linens, unit was clean and ready to go. We did have a small issue (totally out of Glenn’s control) and Glenn was quick to solve it. The views and amenities are top notch. You can’t beat this place!!

Already planning my next visit

Glenn and Maria's place is perfect. It was so nice being on the bay, I saw dolphins almost every day during my stay. This side of the building is very quiet and peaceful, umbrella provided on the balcony for shade as the afternoon sun is bright. The condo was equipped with everything needed to cook meals. The black out shades in the bedroom were nice to get some extra sleep. There was ample parking in the lot so that was never a concern. They do have carts to make loading and unloading even easier. Upon my arrival I noticed extra touches made to show that housekeeping really took care in making sure the place was clean for new guests. The location is very convenient with many restaurants and stores near by. The hosts were very accommodating and I was easily able to reach them with any questions I had during my stay.

Loved Our Stay

Great location, close to everything! The resort was quiet, family oriented and clean. The pool area was nice. No issues whatsoever, for the money it is a prefect stay. We will be back again!

Nice getaway

We normally stay in a cottage when we visit but this time wanted to try something different. The condo was great, easy key less entry and the bonus was sitting being able to sit on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming in the bay.

Great spot!

My husband and I love staying on Boca Ciega Bay. We’ve stayed in several condos however this one was the best. It was clean and well appointed. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners were friendly and very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this experience was great! Booking, communication, and description of location were spot on. The location was convenient to the airport, very clean, and easy to enter once we arrived. Amenities and grounds around the location were spotless. Lovely location

Just spent a long weekend. The location was lovely. The condo has a balcony overlooking the water. We saw many birds and one would even visit us each morning. We enjoyed our time there very much. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I can recommend it.

My wife and I love it in Saint Petersburg after spending many winters in Clearwater beach. We fell in love with this place and the surrounding areas. Love being on the quiet side of the building with a short drive to Madiera beach and its laid back atmosphere>
