This charming, cozy, well-appointed/fully stocked ground floor 1 Bedroom Unit with its own Private Entrance, Courtyard & spacious heated Pool. A short 1 minute walk to either St. Pete's beautiful Upham Beach on the Gulf of America or all the abundant Nightlife & Restaurants on Gulf Blvd. Free WiFi (Spectrum high speed Internet) & 2 separate 32" HD TV's (Living Room with sofa bed & Bedroom Queen Size bed), have all premium, movie, news, & sports channels. Recently installed bedroom wall and ceiling soundproofing guarantees a good night sleep. This Unit is affordably priced for the Budget Conscious desiring a Premium Beach Location.

This charming 1 Bedroom Unit has all the amenities of home. Shop the local grocery stores and dine in, or visit the many inexpensive Restaurants along Gulf Blvd. Complimenting the recently renovated kitchen, the Refrigerator and Pantry are stocked with many essentials and snacks. Bring only your swim wear and flip flops as there's a Beach Wagon, Cooler, Beach Chairs, Noodles, Beach Umbrella, Boogie Board, Big Beach Towels, and more waiting for you.

Just outside your door, enjoy the relaxing use of your own private shaded courtyard complete with lounge chairs. There too, are a dining table & chairs. Our spacious heated pool & lounge area is located around the corner, on Beach Plaza. The beautiful Palm shaded garden area on Sunset Way has a Tiki Hut and Shuffleboard Court. A Bar-B-Q area with picnic tables are available to you, too.

Both our entire pool and garden areas now have FREE WiFi access.

We also give our Guests Electronic Free Parking in all available spaces around the Friendly Native & neighboring Gulf Winds. Guest must provide their vehicle make, model & license plate information prior to check in for registration with the Parking Bureau.

Cozy beach condo within a few steps to the beach. Had anything and everything you need and even things you didn’t know you would need. Complimentary snacks and wine! What a wonderful touch. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely rent again.

This place was perfect! It had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation! We loved the beach chairs, wagon, and cooler! The place was clean and well-stocked with essentials. It is a quick walk to the beach and all the local shops and restaurants/bars. Pat & Gerry were very responsive and informative. We will definitely be back! Thank you Pat & Gerry!!!!

The apartment was perfect with all the amenities close to hand. Gerry and Pat were perfect hosts and gave us loads to tips and information. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. The beach is less than a couple of minutes walk away from the front door. Thank you Pat & Gerry for a great holiday.

Amazing location and best Hosts!

This property was not only conveniently located right on oceanfront. They have a plethora of snacks and coffee when you arrive. Their hospitality is some of the best I’ve witnessed. Patt and Gerry are some of the best people that I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from!! You won’t regret your stay!

Fab location with great hosts

This was the second time we have stayed at this lovely resort. The pool was the perfect temperature and our whole vacation was just perfect. I can recommend this property as a must stay. Thank you to the owners who always go the extra mile to make sure you have a stress free holiday

The hosts were very easy to communicate with, they responded quickly to our questions. The fridge was stocked with many essentials and extras The condo is somewhat dated, but very clean and bed was comfortable. Great beach location.

Great Relaxing Time

The condo is in a really great location within walking distance from most everything. We did notice a bit of a musty smell (maybe just needs a dehumidifier or something) but other than that it was super clean and was actually stocked with most all the necessities. The water pressure in the shower was superb and loved having a tv in both rooms. It was great to have the beach umbrella and chairs to use out by the ocean which was just steps away. The pool was also wonderful and clean. Overall, this was a really nice place and we would highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay!

Holiday on the beach

We found everything exactly as we expected. Pat & Gerry we in contact when we need information and we’re perfect hosts. The apartment was only a one minutes walk to the beach which was perfect. We will definitely be coming back to stay

Great place

My husband and I had a great time during our stay here. We had a little hiccup with our flight to Florida being cancelled and changed to the next day. Pat and Gerry were great and understanding with our late check in. They also were very responsive when we had a few little things happen during our stay there. The condo was great for the two of us, close to the beach and we enjoyed having on site heated pool. We will definitely be back!

Great location

We love the location. The courtyard at our unit is a real bonus. The condo is stocked cery well for immediate check-in. From the washroom toiletries to the well stocked kitchen, there is no need to race out to do shopping. Pat and Gerry are terrific and attentive hosts. We are already looking forward to next year.

This condo was everything we needed and a bonus were the few grocery items when we arrived very late. Minutes to the beautiful beach and all things you need are in the condo, from chairs to coolers. Pat & Gerry were excellent communicators. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location

The location was amazing, right next to the beach. Pool area is nice, good restaurants in the area. Communication with the host was challenging to navigate the first night when we needed some support, but I'm sure he will be more gracious in the future. Good parking with the electronic permit and only two steps to get up to the apartment from the sidewalk. There was also a bar in the shower for safety which was appreciated. Comfortable main bed.

Short get away

The check in process was super easy. When we got there, the condo was super clean. We had a few questions and the turn around time was extremely prompt. There was an evacuation due to the hurricane and Pat and Gerry came personally to our place and discussed all options with us. The owners treated us like family. We were only steps to the beach. We can't wait to come back. You can't go wrong with this place. It was just perfect! Thanks again for everything Pat and Gerry!
