The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly if we had any questions. The house is a lovely older home in Spanish Fort Estates, and it had wonderful wood floors everywhere. It was perfect for our needs while visiting family over the Christmas holidays.

The property was incredibly clean. I dropped something and it rolled under the couch and there weren’t any dust bunnies or anything even under the couch. It was very spacious and had all the amenities that are needed in a short term rental.

Best yet in Mobile

Our 4th stay in the area. This was overall our best stay. House was safe, quiet, comfortable, and well stocked. Couple of nice parks nearby. Easy freeway and causeway restaurant access. Close to Daphne and Fairhope.

Excellent Stay

Would recommend this property to anyone, but especially to people with pets who need a big, big well maintained, fenced backyard. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and living spaces are very cozy. Nice beds and sheets. Easy check in, host is very communicative and helpful!

This is a lovely property. Clean, well-kept, and inviting. It is off the main roads so offers a quiet environment. It is not far from areas of greater traffic which is an added plus. Nice home, nice neighborhood (nice neighbors), nice area.Communication with the owner was flawless, and any concerns or questions were answered immediately.

Peaceful, Convenient Location

We enjoyed a very nice stay here in Spanish Fort. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. So peaceful! The home itself was so pleasant, comfortable and spacious. It was immaculate as far as cleanliness! The kitchen was well stocked to prep for meals at home.Communication with the Yohana was outstanding! She is so gracious and replies right away. You don't even have to take I-10 to get to Mobile from here, which is few minutes away. Many restaurants within minutes of the home, and an excellent Rouse supermarket.Perfect for everyone!

Severe Security Shortcoming

The home itself and location were absolutely fine. There were two items I absolutely need to mention. One message from the property manager said we would receive the door code 24 hours before check. Instead, I emailed when we were about 22 hours from check in. No response was forthcoming. I emailed again early the morning of the arrival. Still no answer. I emailed yet again about 8.5 hours before check in time, about 1.5 hours before we were scheduled to leave, because we still had not received a code. Finally, we received the door code. I was not willing to drive seven hours to possibly arrive and find we still had not received a code. That concern should not be something a renter has to deal with. The second item deals with security. I found that every single downstairs window was unlocked. Every one. That is inexcusable. The safety of guests is even more important than the condition of the rental unit. A situation like that is an invitation for something horrible to unfold.
