During your visit, Oahu was impacted by an unusual severe storm that caused a temporary power outage across multiple areas, including hotels and residential buildings. Fortunately, service was restored shortly after. Regarding the hot water, the building’s central system can occasionally fluctuate during peak usage times, but it typically resolves quickly, as it did in your case. While these situations were outside of my control, I truly appreciate your understanding and am always available to assist guests whenever anything arises. Our unit is located in the entrance of Waikiki on a high floor with ocean, and mountain views, which many guests enjoy for its convenient walkable location near beaches, shops, and restaurants. As with most buildings in downtown Waikiki, the surrounding area is lively and part of a busy city environment, and occasional street and neighborhood noise can be expected. The building itself is a classic Waikiki property, and this is accurately reflected in the listing photos and description. Many guests choose this location specifically for its accessibility and value in the heart of Waikiki. We always encourage future guests who prefer a quieter resort-style setting to consider properties outside the downtown Waikiki area. Thank you again for staying with us.

During your stay (11/28–12/1), we reached out to check on both your check-in and overall experience, but we did not receive any response or notice of these concerns at that time.
