The building’s independently operated parking garage is cash only, and I include this information in the check-in instructions. I’ll make it more prominent and send a separate parking reminder before arrival to help future guests. I’m glad you otherwise enjoyed the property!

During your visit, Oahu was impacted by an unusual severe storm that caused a temporary power outage across multiple areas, including hotels and residential buildings. Fortunately, service was restored shortly after. Regarding the hot water, the building’s central system can occasionally fluctuate during peak usage times, but it typically resolves quickly, as it did in your case. While these situations were outside of my control, I truly appreciate your understanding and am always available to assist guests whenever anything arises. I’m glad the rest of your stay went well and appreciate you choosing to stay with us. Yvonne
