Enjoy any season in this great ground floor ocean view condo with easy beach access. This is spacious two-bedroom, pet-friendly unit offering quick access to the beach and easy access to bring in the little ones, two legged and 4 legged varieties. The owners take pride in their vacation home which can be seen in the beach art, decor, and furnishings throughout. Facing west, this condo offers great sunsets. The living room includes a large flat screen TV, a chair which becomes a single mattress, and a comfortable convertible couch which becomes a full sleeper sofa. The owners hope you find their beach home and Westport an inviting place to visit any time of the year.


In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, it's time to have fun at the beach!

Great beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Westport by the Sea. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and stocked with all the supplies one could ask for including a nice selection of coffee and tea. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. The corner unit had pleasant views of the meadow and sea, and it was fairly quiet except for a little noise from the upstairs neighbors and onsite construction - siding replacement at the complex on week days. Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and comfortable for us and our family who joined us with their dogs. We were lucky to have sunny warm weather for the first weekend in October. We did have an issue with the oven as it seemed to be under heated so the lasagna took way too long to get hot!

Great location to beach and miles of paved trails!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They thought of everything!! This was the most thoughtfully furnished vacation property we have ever stayed in. They truly thought of everything from the kitchen supplies to the games and puzzles! Cozy blankets to the yeti wine glasses. There was nothing that we needed. This condo is located a very short walk to the beach and very close to the 4.5 mile Lighthouse trail which is paved and beautiful. It is a short drive to the marina, shops and restaurants. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or hottub (too many children) but it looked lovely and the areas around the property we beautiful. If you're looking to do beachcombing and stay in a beautiful condo, this is the one!

Reviewer Comments: had a fun interesting stay ....good food...aloha Alabama fish tacos.....yowza....westport winery for a very nice dinner......early morning walks on beach with dog....quiet misty...super cloud formations.....thundering surf sounds....condo was very well set up.....clean and quiet even though parking lot was packed.....every thing worked....showers hot....kitchen was just fine......I will go back soon....later....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my two grandkids (11 & 14) for our annual August getaway. The location was great. I could even see a small section of the ocean and waves through the dunes area. The kids loved the beach.. not too crowded and the pool. I would have given it 5 stars but the cabletv was broken and Xfinity never showed up to fix it. The beach facing door had no blind. It appeared to have been pulled off and not replaced. Beautifully maintained grounds.

Perfect First Beach Experience for Grandsons

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Vacations by the Sea for many years in a variety of condos, we have always been happy with our stay. This short vacation was my 1 and 2 year old grandsons first. This condo was well stocked for people with children (toys, dishes, etc.) I love the furniture, not your typical uncomfortable hide-a-bed, a very high quality sofa to bed conversion, I am actually trying to find the same one for home/guests. The weather was warm and beautiful, we all had a great time, dogs included! We were also in 613 which was also amazing and offered a little peace when needed. We were a group of 6 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 dogs. From this ground floor unit you can see a piece of the ocean and tide, we also saw deer (a doe with 2 fawns). We would definitely stay in this condo with or without the kiddos.

We were looking for easy beach access, ground floor, pet friendly and this one had it all, plus a view! When we walked in, the condo was clean and bright. Throughout our stay, we found it well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely rent 611 again for our next stay if it is available.
