The space
Have fun with your loved ones at this stylish 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home. Provided inside is a complete kitchen setup, office desk and chair, mini library, games, multiple sleeping arrangements including a pullout sofa, a lanai with a grill, a beautiful, heated swimming pool, along with rafts and pool toys.
The TV is a smart TV and has cable available as well.
There is a highchair available by request ONLY. Please be sure to request at least 2 days before your arrival.
Guest access
There is enough room to park 6 vehicles whether in the driveway or in the garage.
Other things to note
This home is in an HOA community. There is absolutely NO parking on the grass and NO parties allowed! If the owner acquires HOA fines due to guests violating the rules, the fees will be passed along to the guest.
**Small dog breeds ONLY and a limit of 2, must be well looked after.
**Quiet time after 10pm
**No glass by the pool
**Homeowner is not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool. Please swim at your own risk.
We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.
If you need anything, please contact us through the messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.
*This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.
