Palacio offers guests the option to work out in the Fitness Center, play Tennis on two of the secured Tennis Courts, relax in the Outdoor Pool, Swim Laps in the Seasonally Heated Lap Pool, Grill Burgers on one of the Poolside Charcoal Grills, or unwind in the Outdoor Hot Tub. You can even rent the Social Room with Stunning Floor to Ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event! Enjoy the use of Free WiFi in your Condo, Lobby or Social Room and DVD Rentals. Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. There's also Lost Key Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course. Let's not forget the local flavors to be enjoyed at the many restaurants serving our freshly caught seafood.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
