This property is okay, walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The cold water pipe entering the water heater would make an awful noise when you turned on any faucet or flush a toilet. When arrived the handle for the sliding door that leads to the balcony was missing. Reported the problem and maintenance came to repair but could not solve the noise issue of the cold water pipe. The gulf view was beautiful, beds and sofa were clean and comfortable.

Beautiful condo! Highly recommend!

The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable, especially the beds! The 3 bathrooms were very spacious too. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great location. Close to the action but in a quieter area. We used the pool and hot tub a lot, along with the huge beach. Wonderful vacation spot!

Fall Break Beach trip

We Love Perdido Key. Spanish Key is a very nice Building. This condo was not as clean as it could have been . Bedding was also lacking. The bath towels were very scratchy. The kitchen was also not the best supplied to cook. The ceilings and walls could use some touch up paint. Master shower was very nice. Plenty of eating in living room and kitchen was nice. We love Spanish Key condos.

perfect family spot

the condo has dedicated beachfront for guests with very limited public access. it is a very short walk from flora bama and waffle house. Orange beach businesses are close by and pensacola businesses are not much further. Parking can be a hassle since space is extemely limited during high attendance times. great place to relax and enjoy the beach with family.

Great place for a great price

Loved the home and amenities. Loved the quick access to the beach!!! Not as crowded like Orange Beach and Gulf Shores which was a great thing for us!! Recommend this place to everyone.

Comfortable with a few flaws

We really loved the location and set up of the condo. Travelling with my two kids, parents and adult brother, we had the right amount of spaces and really appreciated the balcony and the private bathrooms for each bedroom. The unit was really clean and well-equipped for cooking, as vacation houses go. Having said that, we did encounter a few issues. On the first day we arrived, I called maintenance to let them know that the screen door on the balcony door was unusable and one of the shelves in the freezer collapsed when I set something on it. They never followed up, other than sending someone a few days later to remove the screen door. We also had issues with the internet going in and out, which was a big problem because one of us needed to work during the stay. The biggest issue for me was the bed in the middle bedroom- the mattress was very bouncy and the bed frame squeaked whenever someone moved. We were sleeping in the room with little kids (bunk room) so this was really a problem for us. The building itself has good amenities- indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center and showers coming off the beach. The building was undergoing repairs and we did experience noise almost every morning starting around 8am. I tried to work out in the fitness center and it was next to impossible because it does not have working A/C...it was hotter in there than it was outside. One of the elevators is being repaired so it took a very long time to wait for the one that was operational. I know these are nothing within the unit owner's control but I thought it could be important information for those thinking about renting this unit. Overall, if the bed and mattress in the middle room were replaced and building repairs were made, I would stay here again.

Several of the electrical outlets not working. Oven temp not accurate Screen door broken. Needs more skillets to cook with. Master bed so comfortable. View beautiful was nice not too much traffic or people One elevator broken parking good

beautiful

we had an incredible stay and would 100% go back. Don't pass the place up. The only thing that was odd was that there was a good amount of water leaking from the ceiling in the master bedroom bathroom above the tub area possibly from the unit above us. I was super busy so I did not have time to contact vacasa to come for maintenance.
