Welcome to Sand Dunes resort, where the beach is just steps away, there are several pools, and your newly renovated condo is as comfortable and stylish as they come! This resort has everything: a heated pool, lazy river, fitness room, and arcade, to name but a few amenities! There's also private beach access so that you can spend your days on the sand sunbathing, beachcombing, and swimming. Venture out a bit to experience a few of this area's most popular attractions including the Carolina Opry, SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, and Atlanticus Miniature Golf, all less than six miles from your door.

As soon as you enter this charming retreat that is under new ownership you'll find a bright interior aglow with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass door. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchenette complete with a breakfast bar and counter seating (no oven), while the adjacent dining table stands ready for mealtimes or rainy day board games.

This condo also comes with its own washer/dryer to help you keep those beach towels and swimsuits looking bright and clean during your stay.

Guests are not allowed to use the Sand Dunes Resort water park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great weekend getaway!

We had a great time and this was the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway! Walking distance to Starbucks and a handful of restaurants and a beautiful view of the beach!

If your a person of color stay clear

By far one of the poorest vacation experiences I've ever had to having to clean up after previous guest to having no lights working in the area even down to having to wash our bed sheets and there also was NO COVERS in this room once so ever we had to use sheets also.. Got called the n word several times during my stay even down to the local police not being help with the hate crime would NEVER go back to this facility even it if it was FREE.. 0/10 Wouldn't recommend..

Short Family Vacation

The rental was very nice, and the location was perfect. We arrived very early so that we could get extra beach time prior to checking in and to our surprise, the public beach access and public parking was in the same area as the condo. Meter fees were reasonable so it was worth it. The oceanfront condo had wonderful views, and plenty of room for our family. Loved having the washer and dryer in suite. Parking deck is a little cramped for a truck, but we lucked up and was able to park in one of the outside spaces. We were close to everything, and traffic wasn’t horrible. Too bad our vacation was cut short 3 days short by Hurricane Debby. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Myrtle Beach Condo

The condo was very nicely furnished and one of the few that had its own washer and dryer. We loved having a restaurant and bar right on the premises!

Not Great

The place could use a deep clean. The closet rack needs to be cleaned as well as the ridge on the vanity under the toilet paper. Also, there were remnants of bugs in some of the dishes. The floor also could have been swept better and the shower had hair on the wall. When we booked, it said we had two parking spots. When we got there, we were told only one. It’s a good thing we only brought one vehicle. I found that out when I was looking for our parking pass. I had to message someone because I couldn’t find it and she told me it was only one. While I was messaging them, I continued to dig. I finally found it under some lids in the shelf above the microwave. If you need to hide it from someone, at least tell the person booking the room where it will be hidden. Also, we were told we could use the pool by the ocean. However, when we got there, we were told we needed wristbands. Those were also nowhere to be found. I didn’t even bother to message about those because we were almost done with water for the day. We just wanted to get in the pool after the beach for a bit. The parking is bad too. We ended up parking in another parking garage at a property adjacent to this one. Also, make sure you read the fine print! The listing shows the water park and a game area. You can’t use those unless you rent directly from the resort. It does say that in the tiny fine print, but I didn’t read it because I didn’t think they’d put pictures of something you can’t use on the listing.

Great experience!!

Condo was very clean and decorated very nice and modern. Had all the amenities needed for a great experience. The view was beautiful and condo conveniently located close to pool and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
