The lake house was sweet little property. It was well equipped and Kartike had thought of all the little details. Communication with the host was fast, accurate and friendly. I recommend it for a Lake Livingston getaway.

Very clean and well stocked house. Fenced yard and a nice fishing deck with a swing to watch the beautiful sunsets. Only thing is 1 bathroom downstairs and all bedrooms are up stairs. Very quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Livingston for the Labor Day weekend. The host was amazing and communicative. All the amenities were provided including a very lovely bottle of wine. The fishing was great off the pier. We caught catfish, bass and many turtles including a very large alligator snaping turtle. We did not know they existed.Our dogs loved the fenced yard.I highly recommend this quiet cottage on the cove!

Everything was clean and communication was great. Washer and dryer were in top shape and came in so handy for our family. Kitchen was well stocked.

The host was awesome and allowed us early check in! They always responded and was a pleasure to chat with them. The house was beautiful and we loved the location! My aging father stayed with us and the walk in shower was large and very accessible for him and spacious for us as well!! We will definitely stay again! Thank y’all so much for the hospitality and allowing us to extend our stay at a discount ! Y'all rock !! The fishing was decent and the neighbors were friendly!!

Hi, this was a super clean house with many awesome features. The back yard was enchanting with the fire pit, docks & boat house. Very calming & quiet setting. Lots of nice details and touches to make your visit memorable.

This special home in located in a very quiet neighborhood. The view from the pier is calming and beautiful. Everything was clean and well kept. There are some steps to the loft where the two bedrooms are located and the bathroom is on the first level. However, its very easy to manage. The hosts are fantastic! A perfect place for a get away!

Lovely in Livingston

We absolutely adored and loved this property right on the water at Lake Livingston. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the swing of the boathouse and enjoy the sunset around the firepit out back. The accommodations were amazing and hosts the absolute best!

My family had a great time! The home was beautiful, the backyard and boat dock was amazing and the owners were quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Such a perfect gettaway!

The cabin was perfect! Everything we needed and every detail taken care of. The fire pit and dock were great! We enjoyed sitting by the water and fishing. The sunsets were beautiful! Thank you for a great stay!

The house was great! The drive way was very narrow. The pictures do make it seem bigger. The boat dock was great and one of the main reasons we chose the house. We spent most of our time out on the lake or on the dock. Swimming was nice but would not recommend swimming at night, lol there was 2 alligators and they came back each night if our stay. One of them was a baby and the other was 7 foot long. We enjoyed watching them swim around at night. It was a perfect place to wind down and just relax. The stores were pretty close by if needed. They also had board games and stuff in the cabinet by the front door! We didn’t know until our last night unfortunately. Over all it was an awesome stay and we completely enjoyed being there. We would stay again. The host was quick to respond and also checked in if we needed anything. The house was very clean and pretty cozy for our little family.if you had pets they also were very pet friendly doggy bed, treats and toys and poo bags for when walking them.

Perfect place to unwind! The owners thought of everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax this place is for you! From a bottle of wine to dog treats, we really loved our stay!

July 4th Stay

Only issue inside was a missing piece of trim on stairs, (not a problem, just noticed it).The trash bin at end of driveway was over full from previous guests we assume, and we could not fit our 2 bags of trash inside of it.

Amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is so lovely. Very clean and loved the decor style. House was stocked with everything we needed. We had such a relaxing time in the yard and the boat dock is awesome. The yard fencing is great, we didn't have to worry about the dogs getting out anywhere. We will definitely recommend this rental to our friends and family looking for a quick get away.

Nice Place for Young Families & their Friends.

It was a nice place inside and out….for younger people than people 80 years old.. we could not climb the stairs to get to the bed rooms ( they are too steep) We slept on two small couches (one each) down stairs (uncomfortably).
