New owners in June 2024 with 5 star ratings at all other homes and current season VRBO #383419, have remodeled and have added everything that makes it a home not a rental! Pet friendly, and family strong! We have purchased home and managed the current owners summer rentals and we have over 50+5 star ratings on previous VRBO site number 32 Private Drive, and on Sunset Beach 270537 Tee Time, 2623735 Hook Wine and Sinker. Isle Be Chillin is Perfect location for large family or families wanting to share a large home. We strive on making the experience easy!! We have another home 7 minute walk on Canal if needing second home that is also 6 bedrooms 4.5 baths. VRBO #3735898 Isle Sandgria

We hit the jack pot with this listing! We’ve been coming to ocean isle for 10 years, the last 5 staying specifically within the Summer Place neighborhood / Private Dr. but this was the first we booked via VRBO. We have always gone through one of the various realty groups so I was a bit unsure as what to expect, but we couldn't have been more pleased with the home and all the amenities. It really feels more like a home than a rental property and CC was to communicative and attentive to make sure we felt right at home. We loved having 2 master bedrooms on each floor, gave the adults plenty of room to spread out and have their own separate space. Bonus that we didn't have to rent separate linens & towels, everything was provided and good quality, everything felt very clean. The kitchen was also a big highlight, being well appointed with cookware, dishes, and appliances. If you're unfamiliar with area, it's a very short walk to the beach, with direct beach access, with limited parking, so this access doesn't get as crowded as some of the other beach accesses along OIB...this is a big reason we keep booking in Summer Place. We will definitely be coming back on a future trip to OIB!

This is a wonderful vacation home. It is outfitted with anything you might need for a trip to the beach, plus many thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The hosts are very responsive and extremely accommodating. We had a fantastic time!

A wonderful family week at the beach

This is an extremely accommodating property. We found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen, we stayed out of each other's way in the 6 (!) bathrooms, we played games from the game closet--I could go on and on. The house is perfectly suited for a family like ours. I highly recommend Rich and his beautiful beach home!

Annual Family Vacation

Ten adults and 2 teenagers (ages 14-75) in our group. We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. We cooked every meal but one. The kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed. Minor cleaning issues that the owners remedied quickly! We have visited/vacationed at OIB for over 30 years!

I'll be Chilling

The house was very clean and well equipped. Attention to details to enhance our experience included the benefit of a nice wagon, beach chairs, cornhole set with outdoor lighting to play after sundown and accompanying , outdoor stereo speaker system. We have been vacationing in the greater area since 1989, and specifically OIB in the Private Drive neighborhood for the past nine years. This house is clearly the best out of the four homes we have rented during that time. Two sets of bunk beds for our grand girls and a large bathroom for the grandson 2 yr old pack-n-play to sleep undisturbed really helped. The layout was great, attention to detail was evident in how the house was furnished including the kitchen and six bar stools. The grounds and building looked professionally kept up too. Will definitely want to rent again next year.

Wonderful vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ocean Isle Beach. This home is very spacious, clean, and just a very short walk to the pool and beach. Not only is the house very clean and well taken care of, but there is an array of bonuses provided like beach chairs, coolers, wagons, corn hole, horse shoes, outside play area in the backyard, board games, movies, and much more. We really liked the outdoor deck seating for meals and having a personal bathroom in every bedroom. We hope to go back in the near future.

Family vacation

This was our second stay in this home. The house has been very well maintained and updated. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining utensils. The beach equipment and the backyard with corn hole and horse shoe games are great. We had 22 extended family members staying in 3 homes in the neighborhood. Using the indoor and outdoor spaces we were able to host 2 family dinners. This is a great vacation home in a great neighborhood.

Loved the family vibe, and the laid back nature of the island, with limited commercialism for a truly relaxing place to be. This private community is one place where the kids can play in the yard, ride the bikes around the neighborhood, and go to the community pool and enjoy the privacy.

With 5 Bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on a private street, it is wonderful to see kids playing and being safe. Community pool right there for family use, and less than 4 minutes to the beach, it is a little haven.
