“Selah by the Sea”

This second row beautiful home, with excellent access to the beach in a quiet location featuring multi-level floor plan, is beautifully furnished and equipped with WIFI, ceiling fans, covered porch, outside shower, and ocean view. Amenities include but are not limited to dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 55” Smart TV with cable, gas grill with gas provided. ACCOMMODATES 16. Master suite: (1) queen, Bedroom 2: (2) Bunk beds (4 beds total), Bedroom 3: (1) queen, Bedrooms 4 & 5: (2) double beds. Please note that linens are not included. There are several local linen rental agencies in the area. Heaven Scent, Luxury Linens and Angie's Linen Service are three of the most highly recommended options.

Wonderful home

Large, very clean and well maintained. Very easy to contact owner with questions. Ample parking, extra fridge on the main level, super easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again

This home is perfect for our family! Great location and well stocked home. Michael is a super host with quick communication! Highly recommend and we have already reserved for next year!

Great location for beach access. Awesome loveseat recliner in common area. Adequate bedroom sizes. The split levels add to attractiveness. The bedrooms TV’s are very small for comfortable viewing. Owner very easy to communicate with and receptive to feedback. Overall very nice property and location.

Perfect Spot and Great for Family

This place was perfect for our family and had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and comfortable and the location was awesome. Great views, quiet area, and steps away from beach access which was huge with 2 little ones. Would definitely stay again.

Property was as listed. Plenty of room for 9 of us. Air conditioning went out one day and owners were quick to respond and get it fixed. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookware and dishes etc.

Michael, the host, is super friendly! The check in check out was easy. The house is great! Everything in working order. Solid WiFi. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!!! Easy quick access to the beach. One note on the beach itself. OIB is having erosion issues primarily on the east end of the island. Functionally there is a limited amount of useable beach during high tide. There's plenty of beach during low tide. Bottom line, we loved the house and location. We would stay again without hesitation!

3 minutes to the beach if you walk slow!

My wife and I and our 8 kids had a blast staying in Ocean Isle Beach. Everyone loved the house, and the beach was so close!

Great stay!! Already booked for next year!

House was perfect for our 2 families. Communication with owner was great. Check in was a breeze! Nice layout of house with each bedroom having an en suite bathroom. We had no issues and have already booked for next year!

Great Location, Great House

We had a mom's weekend away and had a wonderful time in Ocean Isle. Loved being able to see the ocean from the house and beach access was very close by. House was clean, everything we needed was there and I liked the separation of the bedrooms. we each had our own room & bath. Will definitely stay there again in the future!

Golf getaway

Each year a group of us select a house on OIB to gather for several days of golf. This house was just what we needed. A bed for every guest, plenty of bathrooms, a nice kitchen and family room to get together, and really close to the beach (just across the road).

The Best Second Row house

Our favorite house at Ocean Isle! We've been coming to this location for 18 years and continue to love it. The views from the kitchen allow you to see the ocean waves and the canals!

We had an amazing stay! We’ve loved Ocean Isle for years, but struggle finding the best place to meet our family’s needs. This property was perfect. It was very spacious to accommodate multiple adults/children, every bedroom had its own bathroom, and proximity to the beach access was wonderful. Highly recommend this location for your stay. We can’t wait to book again for next year!!

Birthday Celebration at OIB

We had an excellent experience while celebrating our Mother’s 70th birthday. The house was exactly as described and fit our family of 12 perfectly! Our favorite parts were the close proximity to the beach access and the fact that each bedroom had an attached bathroom. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and the adults enjoyed spending the mornings drinking coffee on the front deck looking at the ocean. We would definitely return to this location!
