All four bedrooms are complemented by two full‑size bathrooms upstairs and an additional bathroom on the main level, giving guests plenty of privacy and convenience.

A large living room accommodates the entire group, with comfortable seating and a view of the small patio that holds outdoor seating for two. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a separate dining space make family meals easy and enjoyable.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and all the basics you need to prepare simple meals. A spacious indoor dining area provides a place to sit down and share meals together.



Community amenities

Step into the Regal Palm Resort & Spa’s amenity center and you’ll find a pool with a slide, a lazy river that winds through the grounds, an indoor playground for younger guests, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop. The clubhouse offers additional space for gatherings, and free washer/dryer access in the unit adds extra convenience.



Location

The townhome sits in the beautiful Regal Palms community of Davenport, just a short drive to Disney World and other major attractions. Easy access to I‑4 and I‑192 makes exploring the Orlando area straightforward, and the Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away.



Resort fee

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day covers up to 10 wrist bands for use of the community amenities. The fee applies whether the amenities are used or not, and wrist bands are provided at guest services.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
