Beautiful property, well kept, with great views of Paugus Bay. Easy parking, quiet area. Nice touches with amenities like an air fryer, Roku TV, and comfortable chairs to enjoy the view. We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed this stay as well. Will probably rebook in the future. Bathroom is just the right size, and clean. Host is accessible, but not overbearing/helicopter-y.

It was a very convenient location to the NH Bank Pavilion where we had tickets to a concert. The room was clean and all the conveniences you need for a short stay. It was a nice view and lots of activity on the water which was fun to watch. A little cool to swim but I can see it being a fun location for water sports. We enjoyed our stay.

Sunset Bay Says It All

I loved it. The location, the views from the screened porch, and the sparkling clean condo when I opened the door on my first day. Wonderful scent! Fantastic place to relax and regroup!

Great weekend getaway

My fiancé and I were visiting to attend a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. We were so happy to have found this property. It is a very convenient place to stay—close to everything and with easy access to the venue. The condo exceeded our expectations:)It was very clean, comfortable and was well stocked. I was so happy there was a Keurig so I could enjoy my coffee while looking out at such a spectacular view.Would love to go back!!

Adorable condo in an excellent location

My husband and I were visiting the area to attend WEEI’s Greg Hill Show live at The Dive. We wanted a place to stay that would be close to restaurants and would have easy access to the water to drop our paddleboards in. This condo exceeded our expectations! It was very clean (the towels and sheets smelled so good!) and decorated so cute. We didn’t need much but it was stocked with everything you might need for a little getaway (fridge, micro, stovetop, air fryer, keurig, the coffee pods and gallon of water were nice extras). Self check-in and out was super easy and Joe was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay….we will definitely book again in the future!!

Best rental experience ever from minute we arrived til we had to leave ... Communication was quick responses, condo was immaculate,scree porch wAs absolutely awesome ! Did not need one thing ! U expected amenities were all there .. dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels , toilet paper , Keurig pods, towels ,linens , absolutely nothing needed! Will definitely return !

Perfect getaway

Perfect Lakeside Getaway at 740 Weirs Blvd

Beautiful view

Nice studio with a beautiful view of Paugus Bay. I loved the screened in balcony overlooking the water. Weather was rainy during our stay so we did not get a chance to enjoy their sandy beach. Unit is located on second floor so you do need to climb stairs. 2 assigned parking spots. It does have a small kitchen area. That was hard to see in their pictures. Close to Weirs beach. Nice little getaway..
