Una cabaña lejos de la costa con vistas al lago y acceso a una pequeña playa privada. Relájese en el porche delantero y disfrute viendo pasar el barco The Mount Washington. Los fuegos artificiales también se pueden ver desde el porche, que están programados con frecuencia durante todo el verano. A poca distancia del bulevar Weirs Beach con tiendas, restaurantes, salas de juegos, mini golf. Tome el tren a Meredith o el bote Mount Washington alrededor del lago, ambos salen del bulevar. We truly enjoyed our visit at the little cottage. It has old fashioned quaint charm. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighbors were very nice and helpful with recommendations of things to see and do in the area. Rich was easy to communicate with and he always responded quickly. We would definitely rent again.

The place was amazing and we had a great week! It was our first time and we hope to go back again next year. Rich was a great host, quick to communicate and answer questions. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. It has access to a private beach at the end of the street only a few steps away where we swam everyday. The cottage was peaceful and quiet on a dead end street but a 2 minute walk to many restaurants, arcades, ice cream shops and cute little stores on the boardwalk and within driving distance of a ton of activities to do. People up there were kind and friendly. It was such a relaxing vacation!

Property was clean and cozy in an old fashioned kind of way. The full kitchen included various small appliances and utensils along with an electric range and refrigerator. However we found only one plate and one mug. This was quite a surprise and we ended up buying our own at the Dollar Store. So there is very little investment needed to replace broken or missing dishes. The stairs from the second floor were steep and a bit awkward to use. The tiny beach at the end of the street provided a peaceful view of the lake. But otherwise was useless. Neighbors had a number of kayaks. Kayaks would be a great perk for this property. Location was good and walkable. And overall we had a comfortable stay.

We did want to clarify one point for future guests: the home is stocked with plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, and other dinnerware. These are located in the kitchen cabinet immediately as you enter the kitchen to the right. We’re sorry that this was overlooked during your stay, as we certainly would not want a guest to feel they needed to purchase their own dishes. We appreciate your comments about the stairs and the suggestion regarding kayaks. We’re always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience.

We have stayed here five times, always clean and quiet and right next to the lake. Walking distance to many attractions. Best part for us was the ability to cook our own meals.

Very quiet but right near all of the action

We have stayed here three times and it is always great. Beds are comfortable, easy access to the lake to kayak and there is a full kitchen. It is in a quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

This is a great little cottage with perfect access to all things Lake Winnipesaukee. It is a bit rustic which is fine if that's what you're seeking.

Weird Beach Family Vaca

We come to the weirs every July for a family vacation- we needed an extra house this year as the group keeps growing, and this cottage worked out perfect for us! It was exactly as described, perfectly located, and host was responsive. The check in process was simple and easy. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

Great location, comfortable house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rich's Weirs Beach cottage. The house is comfortable and very clean. Rich is a joy to work with, is wonderful at communication and makes the whole process seamless. The location is ideal - steps away from the beach, walking distance to town with lots to do. We would highly recommend this property and hope to rent from Rich again in the future!

It was a cozy rustic cabin that was in walking distance of Weirs Beach add the boardwalk and very well kept. We really enjoyed staying there and Rich was easy to contact and get a hold of whenever needed. It is a tight parking space and small inside space, but super comfortable and just what you need if you have plans in and around Laconia. Had a great nostalgia feeling. The AC is only in the bedrooms but the fan and windows made the downstairs very comfortable.

Quiet street but near all of the action

This was a great rental! We saved a ton of money because there is a full kitchen. Quiet at night and right near the beach. It was clean, beds were comfortable and walking distance to many attractions. We kayaked every day and it was great to have the beach right there. WIFI was a plus for our teenager.

Excellent location, quaint cottage

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always a great time. It's just a couple minutes walk to weirs and a couple minutes drive to some great attractions! The owner is kind and has a helpful but generally hands-off approach which is nice. The street is nice, the parking is tight but workable for my sedan. Overall very positive, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point

Weirs Beach Family Vaca

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The house was very clean and walkable to the boardwalk and Weirs Beach. A smaller beach is steps away from the cottage which we also enjoyed. Neighbors were very friendly. The house is an older cottage style with bedrooms upstairs- one that you walk through to get to the second . it worked out for us and we would definitely stay again.

A birthday and a concert brought us to lake Winnipesaukee for a long early August weekend. We easily booked months in advance and had a nice flow of communication up to check in. We enjoyed our stay, taking advantage of its very close proximity to town to take a boat ride, walk the area and float for hours on tubes just a short walk from the front porch. In keeping with the history of the area, it’s an old house with lots of character, some creaky floors but has everything needed for a pleasant stay. We would certainly return as the location to town (minus the noise, very quiet), friendly neighbors and fabulous swimming and water access is unparalleled.

Sorry about the grill Donald. We will do a better job at maintaining the cleanliness of the grill. I will be replacing the grill with a new one this week and communicate to the cleaners to maintain a clean grill. We appreciate your feedback. It can get a little warmer on the 1st floor because we only have the AC in the bedrooms. We do have a ceiling fan and some movable fans on the 1st floor. We hope you had a chance to cool off in the crystal clear water steps from the cottage! Thank you.

I have been going to the Weirs since the 70's. I chose this cottage because it is close to my family's and an opportunity to stay close to the lake.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Taking a walk down to the boardwalk in the morning or evening. Swimming just steps away from cottage and watching the the fireworks from the front porch.
