Beautiful!!

This home was just as stunning as it looks in the pictures. David our host was amazing and so helpful and responsive. The Chef cooked delicious meals and the entire team was great! We loved the area, beautiful beaches and close to all the excursions we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the National Park too!

Great house

The house is amazing, I wish we weren't there in the rainy season as several of the rooms have outside doors. That being said, the house is absolutely amazing and we would rent it again!

Week long stay at Manuel Antonio. Accommodations were outstanding

Outstanding. Concierge took care of all our needs and response time was very quick. Took catamaran and waterfall trips which were amazing. Had a chef daily for breakfast and dinner and a bartender each night. The views alone were worth the trip.

We had a great week at the house. Chef Marcos was amazing and we appreciated the housekeepers greatly. We had mild difficulty with checking in and these were ironed out. Valerie did a great job with planning our events.

Simply Amazing! Unforgettable! Trip of a lifetime

I cannot say enough good things about Casa De Las Brisas! The house has stunning views and so many places to hang out; it also boasts several pools, fountains, a pool table, foosball and other entertainment. The chefs were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend as they help make our trip what it was. We could see and hear monkeys from our bedrooms and communicate with them by the pool. I'll never forget this trip to Costa Rica and Casa De Las Brisas was an instrumental part of our trip.

Great People, Toxic Smells

I will keep this short - this is a large property with a lot of added amenities like folks cleaning, and a chef, and everyone was great. Then it rained, and the master bedroom smelled of raw sewage - now do I believe it may be fixed, yea, they seem to all care that much about it, but it sure made our week a bit smelly and nauseating.....

A bit disappointing

The living area of the house is open which means whatever is out can come in. A morning surprise of monkeys eating our bowl of mangos. A rather large … I think … rat ran in and hopefully ran back out. Definitely keep bedroom doors closed … not just because of the AC! The jungle pool didn’t have any circulating water and always full of leaves. From past experiences I’d expected someone to check the pools daily. Especially in a jungle!! Lots and lots of stairs so be aware in case someone in your group has any disability.

Best vacation getaway ever!

Thirteen of us stayed at Casa Las Brisas, and all of us want to go back! It was by far the most enjoyable time we've ever had. The villa was everything we expected and more. Our chefs, Marco and his assistant, Jorge, were more than willing to cook anything we wanted, and they did! The food was five star, cooked to perfection, and always more than we could eat. No one ever went hungry! Marta, our housekeeper, was over the top accommodating and made us all feel special and so welcome. We became so close to them, it was really sad to leave. Our host, Ricky, scheduled whatever activity we were interested in, from ziplining to parasailing, to catamaran trips, you name it, we did it, and he made it easy. We all agree that we would love to go back. Not just to Costa Rica, but to Casa Las Brisas and the wonderful staff!

Pura Vida! at Casa De Las Brisas!

We had a group of 14 family members, ages 8 to late 50's. This was the perfect house for everyone! What the beautiful pictures cannot display is the feeling when you step onto the entry of this jungle paradise. The property is extremely spacious and allows for everyone to congregate when you want to and spread out when you want to have private time. Chef Marcos and Freddie were absolutely the BEST! They were so welcoming and accommodating and made the best breakfasts and dinners every day. We had some picky eaters, but no one went hungry! Marta and Kimberly were also key to the greatness of this property. They are friendly and extremely helpful. We are so grateful for everything they did for us! The only downside of the trip... was having to leave. This was everyone's first time to visit Costa Rica and we will never forget it!

Awesome vacation-beyond my expectations!

This property is gorgeous! The views are spectacular and there are so many areas to gather. The online pictures intrigued me and it is truly as beautiful as advertised. We had an incredible family get-together with 12 of us. We could all gather round the table and enjoy the unbelievable food Chef Junior and his staff prepared for us. The entire staff does an outstanding job from our concierge Valerie; our host Gary; our sweet cleaning gals and our incredible chefs and bartender. We had planned excursions that were just wonderful. Our concierge Valerie was excellent at lining up our activities and explained the differences in tours. We were very impressed with the guides at the adventures we booked. They were very attentive and knowledgeable-and always concerned for our safety. I would highly recommend Casa de las Brisas!! We have so many fabulous memories of Costa Rica, the friendly people, the beautiful beaches and all of nature surrounding us. And precious family time together. It was truly incredible!!!

Fantastic Home Away From Home

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa De Las Brisas. The staff was incredible. They were there often but not in the way. They kept the place very clean and were so nice too. We had Marco cook for us twice a day. The food was incredible, and the presentation was always a top priority. We were able to select what we wanted from a menu which made everything so easy. The view is spectacular. The location is great, close to the marina and shopping and yet tucked into the jungle as well. It was so nice to have a pool table and foosball table to play at our leisure. The three pools are so nice to take a dip at any time. My only complaints are that the pools were not heated. I understand that is an added expense, but I think we would have spent more time enjoying the pools if the water was warmer. During the day, the sun can help with the outdoor pools, but the indoor one never warms at all. The bathroom by the pool table needs a fan to help with the humidity. It looks like one is installed but there isn't switch to turn it on. Other than that, it was very nice. We had a wedding celebration at the top of the Villa, with the beautiful ocean view in the background. Everything was just perfect for that. I highly recommend Casa De Las Brisas for anyone. Perfect for a getaway, a family reunion, or a special occasion. We hope to be back soon! Again, the staff was so great and accommodating, and the facility was amazing.

Vacation of a Lifetime!

This vacation exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We vacationed here for Thanksgiving—there were 9 of us ranging from our 3yo grandson to my 75yo mother! Brisas Villa is even more beautiful than the pictures, with authentic Costa Rican craftsmanship. Because of the multiple levels—the main home has 6 bedrooms and there are 2 casitas with 2 bedrooms each, there was privacy and a sense of luxury for everyone. It made all of the stairs well worth climbing!!! The BEST part of the villa—apart from the exceptional staff—was the view deck. We saw all three types of monkeys native to the area—including moms with their young babies. It was an incredible treat when we saw, just feet from the deck, a mother sloth with her baby, who was just learning to climb independently. We’ll be framing those pictures! The staff exceeded any possible expectations we could have had. Chef Marco was a remarkable chef, who was happy to accommodate the dietary requests of everyone from toddler to teen to adult! There was always more than enough food, beautifully presented. The housekeeping team of Marta and her daughter Kimberly kept the home spotless and did our laundry throughout the stay. They were warm without ever being intrusive. The manager Gary was great at helping us make last minute excursions and modifications when the need arose. Truly, the staff are priceless. My only complaints were that I was not permitted to take the staff home with me(!) and that the main level dining room was uncomfortably warm at night. The fans are just not powerful enough to keep up with the weather and the kitchen. This was the only uncomfortable room, as all of the bedrooms have air conditioning and the game room is shielded from sun and cooking and so those temps were delightful. We slept soundly every night in the super comfortable beds. In all, we will definitely be returning to the Las Brisas Villa. It was an outstanding, memorable vacation of a lifetime.

What an incredible trip of a lifetime we had!

The Highlight was the Chef (Jorge) and his assistant Kim. They took such great care of us and pampered us with incredible meals and drinks, working with our schedule! Val, our Concierge really went above and beyond to help with getting the best excursions and David, our host was extremely helpful in may areas as well. The Villa itself is extremely beautiful with lots of room for our big family of nine to spread out. Maybe too big for us, but glad we did it and plan on coming back to this incredible property. We saw sloths, lots of monkeys and created memories with our adult kids that will last for a lifetime! I highly recommend this beautiful oasis! 5 STARS!!

An absolute DREAM!

Words cannot express how amazing our stay was. Pictures don’t do it justice either. The home itself was massive, breathtaking, and well kept. The many different living areas, recreation areas, and pools, provided unlimited options for full group, as well as smaller group hangs. The host David and Concierge Valerie made booking and planning seamless, the maids were incredibly friendly and did an amazing job, then the Show Stopper, Chef Jr. and his assistant David. My Lord, the food on this trip easily became the highlight. We didn’t feel worthy! 😂 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Exceeded expectations

This place was perfect for our group of 14 (three families with kids age 8-16). Valerie was helpful leading up to our stay with planning meals and activities. The chef service was amazing. The food was fantastic and we didn’t have to worry about feeding such a large group, and it was surprisingly economical. The chef was very flexible about menu and meal times which worked around our schedule. David, the host, was extremely helpful in booking activities once we were there, and also giving us general suggestions and advice. He was super friendly and available. The house is very cool and unique. Our favorite area was the small pool right outside of the kitchen area that had an amazing view! Also, we had someone come to the Villa for massages and yoga which was such an added bonus. The cleaning crew did our laundry and had I known they would be so efficient I would have packed much lighter! All and all it was a totally stress-free vacation. We got more than we expected renting this villa. The only non-positive is that, since it is partly an open air house, there are some bugs. But that’s Costa Rica and not specific to this house. Highly recommend booking here!

Fantastic experience in beautiful setting and accommodations

Communication was fantastic before and during our stay. The property was just as described and according to pictures. Our house host was readily available and communicative. Our chef Marcos was awesome! The meals were fantastic, and he was flexible for our times and needs. I’ll be back!

Amazing!!

Our group of 12 stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it here! The property is beautiful, and the setup was great for a group, everything as advertised in the pictures. But Chef Chaco definitely made the trip for me. His food was fantastic, he went above and beyond for us every day. We didn't plan it to be a foodie vacation, but his cooking was so good we were almost more excited for dinner than our excursions!

Amazing property!

Everything was amazing from start to finish!!! Valerie was our concierge who helped me plan the whole trip! Gary the property manager was extremely helpful the whole time! He helped arrange a shuttle whenever we needed one. Chef Marcos food was amazing! The property was more than accommodating for our group we had so much fun just hanging out in the villa. The cleaners did an exceptional job everyday! If you are thinking about booking this property you will not regret it!

Family Getaway during Covid

Casa las brisas was an awesome place for our family vacation. We had a perfect time, with Gary meeting our every need and organizing our excursions. Marco was an awesome chef and asked us everyday what we wanted him to prepare. It was so nice to not worry about finding a place to eat out and the meals were ready at the time we requested. The house was always cleaned well and the location and layout of the house made our tropical vacation amazing. Not to mention the monkeys who visited daily on the deck.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the property and the chef was amazing. Be prepared for the howler monkeys to give you a loud wake up call every morning.

10/10 House with a VIEW!

This place is outstanding. We were there for a wedding and 18 of us slept VERY comfortably. There are 3 pools (1 big and 2 smaller ones, one indoor and one right off the kitchen). The beds are great, the AC was welcomed at night, and the rooftop patio was to die for, and it had all the amenities anyone could need. Plus it's walking distance to a supermarket and a bar, and a $5-10 cab ride (or 20 min walk) to the beach. Thanks for having us!

Completely satisfying

Luxurious setting, comfortable beds, amazing chef (thanks, Marco!), plenty spacious, a/c worked wonderfully. Our host, Gary, had our excursions lined up; he was easy to communicate (text) with while we were there. Martha and her crew kept everything clean and neat. Very hard not to feel pampered!
