Cozy 3br/2ba condo located in the entrance of the resort village with deck sporting long range views and sounds of nearby creek! Easy 300 yard walk through resort parking lot to the base village, with biking, shopping, dining and brewery and taprooms open during season. The condo is above multiple rental shops and steps away from Beech Mountain Brewery and First Chair Coffee Shop!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking basics, Crock-Pot, dishware & flatware, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker
INDOOR LIVING: 1 Smart TV, 3 TVs w/ Roku, 2 electric fireplaces, 8-person dining table, spiral staircase
GENERAL: Washer & dryer, free WiFi, towels/linens, hair dryer, mini-split air conditioning/ heating system, ceiling fans, hand soap & toilet paper
ACCESSABILITY: 2 flights of stairs required to access unit, steep spiral staircase required to access 2 upstairs bedrooms, no upstairs bathroom. 2 stair step-down into living room and first floor bedroom.
NOTE: There is an unmarked emergency exit door located in the downstairs bedroom that opens into the hallway. It is secured with a deadbolt.

PARKING: Community lot (2 vehicles max, additional parking available in paid town lot 1.5mi away)

Very clean and perfect location

This is the best spot we have stayed at on the mountain so far. It is very well maintained, very well decorated, perfectly stocked, and the location can’t be beat. We were able to rent our equipment from downstairs and walk to the slopes!

Beech Mountain was beautiful. The condo was just what we needed for one night. The kids loved the spiral staircase and the freedom on upstairs.

Great Skiing Location

Our family enjoyed staying here for a ski trip getaway. It was close to the slopes. We walked there. Also, the kitchen was well equipped as we had all of our meals in the condo. Chris and Melissa were very helpful and ensured that we had a great stay.

It is a very nice place. The place was very comfortable for our family of five. Everything you need in this place has it. The beech mountain ski resort is just 2 to 3 minutes from the place. Excellent host !!!

Great place for a quick get away

This place is just a little walk or super quick drive to the base of the ski resort . Underneath has a rental place that makes it easy to rent gear for the mountain. Our hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond . Plenty of space To hang out in

This condo is amazing. the rooms are very nice sizes. We had all the necessities for a comfortable trip. And the plus is that you are literally walking distance to the slopes! The owners are very kind and great communication was top notch! Highly recommend for a family ski trip

Ski Vacation

Wonderful! It was the perfect location for the Beech Mountain ski resort! We rented our skis downstairs and carried them upstairs to catch the parking lot shuttle to the ski lodge. Couldn’t have been any easier! The apartment was spacious for the 5 adults in our group, well decorated, and super clean. Parking was good too. We were very pleased that we chose this rental property!

Clean, roomy and comfortable.

The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 5 adults. Chris was spot on with communicating and checked in to make sure all was good or if we needed anything. This time of year the area is very quiet, but everything was open except for (obviously) the ski rental shop. It's probably beautiful up there in winter and very convinient for skiers.

Christmas vacation

We loved the convenience of this property. It was within walking distance to slopes. The condo was well equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining room table made it so easy to fit our entire family for meals. We loved the decor throughout the rental. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful, relaxing condo

This is our second stay here! It’s right at the foot of the parking lot for Beech Mountain ski resort. It’s so convenient to just drive up to the top level quickly and get out and go. And the best thing about this is that there’s just a small hill to get to the parking lot and it’s off the main road which the city does a great job plowing and salting. Note that you do have to go up at least one flight of stairs to get to this condo. And that’s if you unload on the second level behind the condo. But you can’t stay parked there. You have to move your car back down to the first level and then walk to the Two flights back up to the condo. And note that the top two bedrooms are accessible through a spiral staircase, and there is no bathroom up there. But there are a total of three double beds up there in 2 bedrooms so lots of room. The kitchen as well supplied with a toaster, a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and lots of utensils, and pans for all your cooking and baking needs.

Amazing!

Chris and Melissa truly host a perfect oasis. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and their beautiful property in beech mountain. Chris and Melissa are phenomenal hosts. They have incredible communication, and make you feel like a part of their family! They provide a warm welcome message, and check in on you throughout your stay, and do everything they possibly can to make sure you have an incredible visit. The property itself is magnificent. Spacious, clean, well kept, and everything you could possibly think of is included! 3 beautiful bedrooms, a comfortable living space, full kitchen and a balcony with a view! Thanks again to Chris and Melissa for yet again another awesome trip to beech mountain!

Great trip

The condo was great and proximity to the slopes couldn't have been better! The owners were amazing ... I received a personal text from the owners the day we were to check in with pictures and detailed instructions and helpful information. After our first night they text again to be sure everything was up to our expectations and then again the morning of check out to thank us for staying. I loved this special attention! I would highly recommend staying in this location. You will never find a more hospitable owner!
