We stayed here for a week during Christmas break. The house is so nice! Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals there. We had an amazing time in Steamboat springs!

Close to everything, plenty of room for the whole family

Enjoyed our stay very much. The condo has a unique layout with multiple levels and all the comforts of home.

The condo had everything and more. It was advertised accurately, beds are comfortable, and closets contain extra things like blankets and fans.

Great family trip

Enjoyed pool. Place was a wonderful space for family of 6. Enjoyed tubing on Yampa, hiking, zip lining. Great restaurants.

Great space for our group

We had a great stay at Don and Montie's place. It was spacious and clean! Check-in was seamless and the location was perfect for grabbing the shuttle to the mountain and into town.

Incredible Spot in Steamboat!

The VRBO was a great place to stay! It was quite spacious and was extremely close to the bus stop to the ski resort. The owner was great with communication and answered all my questions. Would stay again!

Great place and great location!

Came here with some friends and we had an amazing time. The house is equipped with everything we needed and the location was perfect for skiing! Don was great at communicating and ensuring the check-in process went smoothly.

The Best!

This place is amazing and the hosts are the best. They have thought of everything, and our stay was great. Highly recommended. Plenty of public and private space for adults and kids alike. The pool is right out the back door, which was a huge hit with the kids.

Great place and location

We had a great time and the place was great. The host was super accommodating and was great with communication. The place was located right on the bus line which we used to catch a ride to the base of the mountain. We would look at booking this place again if we ever go back to Steamboat.

Annual ski trip

We truly enjoyed our stay! The townhome was beautifully decorated with plenty of room for our group! Just a short drive to drop off the skiers in our group, the shuttle pick up was just a parking lot away as well.

Terrific Steamboat Rental

The property is really spacious, it's been updated, it's close enough to ski in to and just a short ride up to the mountain base area. Furnishings are nice and the different levels creates a number of different common areas. Really enjoyed our trip and would stay again.

Property has plenty of room to comfortably sleep 8 adults. Bus stop for access to Steamboat base area and downtown is right across the street. Great location.

Wonderful home away from home

You will want to stay in this condo. It has all the conveniences of home and more! The owners have thought of everything! Big enough for family time and small enough for privacy. It is all you need in one spot!

We appreciate this response, because this is what we love about our Steamboat home. It is difficult to describe, but the layout allows for an individual, couple or kids to get away from the larger group. Vacations can be stressful and we love gathering in the kitchen and family room, but it is nice to escape to the loft, game table, back or front porches. Walks around the neighborhood offer beautiful views. Each bedroom is on a separate level and distanced from the kitchen & family room. Kids love to escape to the bunk room and game table.

Well equipped and great comnunication

The house is just as described. Easy access to the resort by bus and plenty of beds and baths. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids. This was a great spot for 2 families and really awesome hosts who replied quickly when needed. Highly recommend.

Second stay at Rouze’s

We stayed for Presidents’ week last year and this year- top notch condo and hosts- Don and Montie very easy to contact via text or email and always helpful. That said, we had no real issues- just a fun, relaxing week in a spotless cozy condo. Very convenient location for skiing- right on the shuttle line.

Best stay ever!

This property accommodated 10 people. Six adults and four children. Everything you can possibly want/need is in the house. The pool is a hop, skip and a jump from the back porch. Highly recommend this property.

The house was well stocked and had everything we needed The hosts were very communicative. We had a plumbing issue that was outside hosts control and we were able to get a hold of the hosts immediately and work together to find a solution.

Home away from home

Wonderful and just as advertised! Property owners were so helpful and provided lots of information with the listing accurately showing beds and space. As long as stairs are not an issue, we were able to comfortably accommodate 9 for dinner, relaxing and sleep! Highly recommend!
