The top level great room features panoramic ocean views, a fully-equipped kitchen with a large island, and a gas fireplace for off-season enjoyment. The en suite includes a private oceanfront deck where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises, quiet time, and your first cup of coffee. The great room features an entertainment system with a smart TV, premium cable, Sonos, and WiFi, providing access to all your favorite shows and your music! The Sonos music system also includes the ability to stream two different music channels in selected rooms, satisfying everybody in the family. The top level deck off the great room makes dolphin watching simple for everybody in the family.

The mid level offers 4 en suites. Two of the bedrooms and a common area have access the mid level deck. The mid level common area is a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the top level.

he lower level is a great area for a family, featuring a king bedroom and a bunk bedroom with 4 beds and a private bath. The recreation room includes Xbox gaming, a wet bar, an ice maker, a full-sized refrigerator, and a pool table. Enjoy quick access to the outdoor pool deck and newly installed fire pit. Imagine sitting beside the fire pit on a beautiful October evening on the OBX, listening to the sound of the crashing waves. Nothing beats it!

The private dunetop deck will allow you to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes.

The private, unheated pool is available from the second week of May to the second week of October. The pool size is approximately 12’ x 26’.

This vacation home is a member of the Kilmarlic K-Club. Enjoy special golf rates, instructional clinics, private lessons, and exclusive transportation services to the K-Club.

For 2026, As Good As It Gets will include credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
