Whisky Jack Lodge has three double bedroom suites with adjoining bathrooms. The Master Bathroom has a huge circular marble tub as well as its own private deck. The additional 2 bedrooms , each equal in size, have private sleeping lofts above them. Including the sleeping lofts there are a total of ten sleeping spaces (five double and larger beds). All beds, linens and bath towels are in beautiful condition and supremely comfortable.

The home is built on a wooded lot of mature pine giving absolute privacy only ninety minutes south west of Denver. Designed to reflect the style of a traditional Colorado agricultural barn cluster, the exterior conceals a modern palette of polished concrete, bleached oak accents, a hi-tech kitchen, modern artwork, luxury furnishings and marble bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has new Bosch appliances; two ovens, two dishwashers a professional range and fully programmable microwave oven. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve a meal for your entire group. The dining area has a long oak table with seating for 10.

Above the kitchen is a games loft with bean bags, foosball table and and TV.

The living room has a fabulously comfortable couch, book shelves with a wide variety of books and games and an 86" television with surround sound.

The home is beautifully furnished throughout, there are polished concrete floors, in-floor heat and unlimited hot water. Outside the house there are no visible neighbors, six decks to enjoy the Colorado sunshine, plenty of Adirondack chairs for relaxation, a gas fire pit for evening get-togethers, corn hole equipment, and three pristine acres to stroll and enjoy the alpine beauty, build a snowman or enjoy cocktails at the sandstone picnic table. As well as the many decks to sit and enjoy there is a six person hot tub, a gas BBQ and a Blackstone grill

What is there to do close by? The house is located in Southpark Colorado a national Heritage area designated by congress in 2009 for its distinctive landscapes, historic structures, recreational and natural resources. Whisky Jack Lodge sits within yards of the 486 mile Colorado Trail where it crosses Kenosha Pass, mountain biking and hiking in the immediate area are world class, from casual day trips to extreme bucket list challenges. The local streams and lakes teem with trout for experienced and beginner anglers. Kayakers and rafters enjoy the crystal clear waters. Hunters, leaf peepers, historians, geologists, ATV riders, equestrians all flock to this part of the world. For the alpine adventurer the five peaks of Breckenridge ski area with America's highest lift are a 50 minute leisurely drive. AWD or 4x4 vehicles are always recommended in the mountains but are essential at this elevation in the winter months. You can expect snowfall between September and May.
