You're right in the heart of vibrant downtown Salida! Steps away from all the hiking and biking trails on S-Mountain, as well as plenty of shops, galleries, and restaurants.

ONLY AVAILABLE for 1 to 3-MONTH lease. If the tenant and homeowner agree to extending the lease, that could happen but is not guaranteed. Please do not inquire unless you are interested in a 1- to 3-month lease, with the possibility of extending.
We require a 2-hour clean ($40/hour, so $80 total) if the stay is 2 months or longer. This can be paid directly to the housekeeper and arranged to fit your schedule.
Our condo is located on the second floor. There is no elevator, but the historic grand staircase is GORGEOUS! Guests have access to a shared laundry room on the building's third floor (so one flight up from the condo). There is no designated parking spot, but you'll find plenty of free parking around the downtown area, plus there's a loading/unloading spot right at the building's front door. High speed Internet service was recently upgraded to 1 gigabyte!
