Enjoyed staying here! Kat and Trev are great hosts, and even brought us one of the best mangos I've ever had. The place is located only a short walk away from the beach.

After my previous accommodation plans fell through, I needed last-minute accommodations for my partner and I. It was off season in August and I booked with Kat and Trev late in the evening for a next day early check-in and I am SO glad we found them! The studio is perfect, I only wish we could have stayed for longer than 4 nights. The hot water is HOT, shower pressure is amazing, accommodations are clean, bed is comfortable. There’s a kettle and French press for coffee, and they even get you started with a 5 liter jug of water, as the water from the tap is not for consumption. They provided contacts for 2 drivers. Evi is the driver who helped us with grocery runs, airport pickup for my partner, and date night in Jolly Harbour, just a 5 minute drive. He is super kind, prompt, and a genuinely great guy. The beaches are STUNNING and easily walkable - maybe a 2 minute walk. Off season weekdays are quiet and empty - perfect for us! We rented a kayak and snorkel gear from Trev and spent several hours one morning kayaking to different reefs to see some incredible sea life!My *only* critique is that the AC unit is placed on a wall that gets VERY warm. I’m not sure if it’s the boiler location or what, but in mid August the split was set at 16C and the studio never got below 28C overnight. As a woman with hot flashes, this was uncomfortably warm for me, but that’s the Caribbean in August and I’m grateful any AC at that point.Book with Kat and Trev- you won’t regret it!

Thank you Kaitlin for such a lovely review. We’re so glad you enjoyed this special piece of paradise in Crabbe Hill Village. Thank you too for mentioning the AC. To reassure you (and future guests), the A/C is working great, it is the temperature gauge on the fan that is faulty and never goes below 28 degrees! When I went into the studio after your stay the temperature was just below 20°C. We’ll change the fan so not to cause any further confusion. We’d love to welcome you both back one day! Safe onward travels. Kat & Trev Xx

Great accomodation, Fantastic hosts

The property was perfectly located for us, close to some of the best beaches. Crabb Hill, Turner's and Darkwood beach are favourites with affordable rental for paddle boards. Groceries about 5 minutes away at Jolly Harbour and have some great local restaurants at a reasonable price just a walk away. Katherine and Trev were such great hosts. It's true that Antigua locals are very nice, warm people and our hosts are no exception. They gave great recommendations for activities and local businesses. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed, we even had a washing machine we could use which is very helpful when you visit beaches every day! If we ever had questions or needed something, they were very helpful. Definitely will be back, hopefully soon. Thank you again Trev and Katherine (and Scratches) for accommodating us and making sure our first visit to Antigua a great experience.

Lovely little clean self-contained apartment on a hillside, with the owners living in the house above. Nice sandy Beach five minute walk with a couple of restaurants/bars on the beach. Although the apartment was self Catering, it’s quite some distance to go to do any shopping, nothing within walking distance. Luckily we had a hire car. However, the owner left a 5L container of water in the fridge along with plenty of consumables like sun lotion and shower gels available. Plenty of towels for the apartment and for the beach, induction hob cooker in a small kitchenette with plenty of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Plenty of toilet rolls for the short say that we were there, and a mosquito net completely covering the bed. Gas barbecue outside along with a round sun lounge bed with awning. The owners went above and beyond when I discovered on arriving at the airport, that my passport was in my jacket pocket in the wardrobe, in the apartment… Unbeknown to me, there were several messages on the Expedia app from the owner, letting me know that I’ve left my jacket in the apartment, but I didn’t get those messages until I got into the check-in area after dropping the hire car. Luckily the very helpful check-in man made a phone call and the apartments owners brought the passport and jacket directly to the airport in time for the flight.
